A R A B E L L ASir Keran stride towards me as I stood beside the door awkwardly. His brown hair sleeked back like the typical business man and a stubble is growing on his face. He probably looked nothing above forty. Maybe in his thirties?
" Follow me."
My heart skipped a beat as I struggle to keep up with his long strides. Not only is his legs long but he is also very fast. Even with my stamina, I can't keep up with his long legs. Grumbling to myself, I glared at a male rider when he obviously cat called me. He smirked and I flicked my wrist in annoyance. Suddenly he was thrown back, hitting his group of friends; something I did not expect honestly. My eyes went wide and I hurried behind Sir Keran.
We entered what looks like an office with dark red wooden desk sitting in the middle of the room. The flooring made of oak wood, glazed like mirrors. Sir Keran sat behind the desk after he remove his cloak and placed it on the hanger. He gestured for me to sit in the black arm chair in front of him and I awkwardly padded towards it and plop myself down.
" Arabella Aphrodite King." He muttered to himself as he flip a few pages of what looks like a file.
" Yes, Sir?"
" Is your hair naturally silver?" He blurt out, his dark gaze on me as I nodded and he hummed, " Now, I just want to ask a few questions."
" What are your parents name?"
" Lucas and Alerisa Crystal King." I answered as I watch him nod, his gaze set on the file laid in front of him.
" Where were you born?"
" Mystic Oasis."
Don't tell me he didn't know what he brought himself to because he should have known everything about me; hence why they choose me in this trial.
" Alright, I'm just going to go through a couple of information about this Academy. This Academy has Werewolves and Vampire Riders, along with pure breed Riders. Now, if you participate in this trial, there will be a few stages. You will be sedated and put into a different realm for you to complete the obstacles and from there we will decide if you are qualified to be a Rider. From there, you will have a trainer along with Madeline and her warriors for you to train." He spoke formally and I nodded, my eyes moving from his nose to his hair. Mother taught me if we're too afraid to look at someone's eyes; just stare at their nose.
" Alright sir."
" You may leave, don't hesitate to drop by if you have any doubts." Nodding my head meekly, I scurried out of the office and gently shut the wooden door.
Here I thought we will be fighting against warriors; turns out we will be sedated by a liquid of some sort and we will go through the obstacle from there. Grumbling, I walked the same direction from where we came from only to bump into a wall.
