It felt like pure bliss to be able to connect with your dragon that you are suppose to bond with. Erebus is something great that has ever happen to me and I never want to lose him.
Honestly, it is weird that he could sense whenever I need him without actually communicating. My hands clutched tightly around Erebus neck that was twice as thick as my body while floating.
We're currently airborne, above the thick fluffy clouds. The sky started to get darker, as if it was about to rain, which I have no doubt that it is going to. The wind caused my silver hair to stick all over my sweaty face and I grumble before swiping them away.
" I want to show you something, Bella," Erebusspoke in my head and I hummed before relaxing, letting my eyes close shut as I enjoyed the strong wind slapping my face. Just then, Erebus dipped down vertically and I screamed so loud that my throat started to hurt. My body immediately went down against him as I tighten my hold on him; it was as it I was falling from a high rise building.
Erebus's deep throaty chuckle vibrated through the air and I growled before pushing myself off him when he level out— his large, black wings by my side. I couldn't help the sigh of content as I admire Erebus's beauty; it was as if he was sparkling under the sun as cliche as it sounds.
We zoomed past rocks and large boulders, over canopies of trees and under mountains that had holes. My leather pants tightly pressed against Erebus's body as he swiftly did a turn that made my stomach flip.
" Hey, don't do that if you don't want me to puke all over you," I lightly smack his neck and a deep rumble came from him.
After what feels like an eternity of flying, we landed at a clearing with beautiful lilacs and daisies. Gently sliding down the edges of Erebus's rough scale, I let my boots hit the soft soil and gaped at my surroundings.
This doesn't seem surreal, if looks as if it was made up by painting. Erebus's large body walked around the clearing freely, making the ground shake slightly from the impact. My eyes followed Erebus's figure and he disappeared behind the trees— to hunt maybe?
Smiling, I walk around— following my senses that brought me deeper into the forest. My boot made scrunching sounds as I wandered off deeply until I reached a huge crystal lake, with waterfall falling from the rocks above.
" I knew you would find it," A deep, sultry and silky voice shake me out of my trance and I whipped my head back so fast I started to see black dots in my vision.
