Rise of the Queen.

Erebus did not elaborate about it, which was ticking me off since I'm dying to know what happens in the story that they called a Myth. Unfortunately, only certain groups of Dragons knew about this so called Myth. He left after he claimed that he got a link from his second in hand to deal with rogues.

Even though he left me hanging on the topic of that, I wasn't the least bothered considering it was just some ancient myth like the ones we'll be learning in history class.

Maybe, maybe not?

However, what was bothering me was the 'vision' I recalled that happened in the Activity Centre. It felt so real and it was as if I was really standing there, watching in present time. Putting that aside, I was honestly clueless as to why Nereida; Koschei's mate, had a vision of me.

My wrapped fist hit the punching bag continuously and my head was full with things I was thinking of such as those bratty wolves that attacked me, the vision and to top it of, Erebus's Clan. You could say, I was filled to the brim with information.

Salty droplets of sweat trickled down my back and down my face as I worked my body to move faster than before. Eyes narrowed, I let out a series of 'ha' to transfer my power into my punch; just like how father thought me. Even though my muscles were screaming for mercy judging from the intense burn that was evident throughout my arms, I pushed myself; oblivious to the fact that my knuckles were starting to bleed.

" Bella! Madeline-" Someone wheezed and coughed as soon as I stopped punching and I immediately turn around, startled at the sight in front of me. Gabriel had blood dripping down the sides of his head, his cheeks and lips were busted open as if someone packed a punch on his face.

" Hurry!" He pulled my hand with his hard grip and I stumbled over my legs, immediately bursting into a run. Our feet thundered against the marble flooring as we ran past riders who had looks of horror plastered on their face.

We burst into the clearings and I was shocked to see a large group of students gathering around something— more like someone. The crowd was murmuring quietly, as if afraid to speak out loud.

" Move!" I gritted out and brush past students who were standing, glued to the ground. As I finally reached the middle, my breath got stuck in my throat as I felt my throat shutting down on me.

Madeline— the academy's top female warrior, badly beaten to the point where I could barely recognise her and standing across her is non other than Sofia and her puppets as well as— Dante. Alec and Jessabelle stood behind Madeline, their chest heaving as if they've ran a marathon.

As if they could sense my presence, Sofia's eyes snapped up to mine and I watch as her lips tug up into a sinister smile. My blood started to boil and I felt the air shift dramatically as everyone hushed. Narrowing my eyes down to her, I let out an inhuman snarl as my eyes turn to slits. Of course— this was all their doings. Who else would hold grudges on Madeline if it isn't Sofia and her little friends.
