Tamed

Well that's weird?

It's been months since the incident, since Nate was depressed. He's finally moving around again, he did a few days after giving me the bear. He's been searching for whoever set fire to the house and killed Lily. I shuddered at the horrid memory. Poor Nate.

I walked into the study where he was passed out in the chair, his head buried in his arms where he slept. He must have fallen asleep again. I felt bad, I should do something for him tonight.

I slowly approached him before I gently rubbed his back gently. "Nate....Nate wake up." he groaned and just nuzzled in more. I sighed. "Wakey,  Wakey." nothing. I rolled my eyes. "NATE! NATE OH MY GOD THE BABIES COMING!"

He instantly flew back, the chair tipping and he landed on his back. I tried my best not to snicker as he looked over at me and glared. "Not funny Bubbles, you scared me."

I smiled, "Well I tried the nice way and you did nothing" I pouted, crossing my arms.

Nate slowly got up, fixing the chair he sat back down and took my hands, pulling me closer. He stopped me when I stood between his knees. "I'm sorry, but I thought you were hurt. You still aren't due for another six months."

"You still fell for it."

"Shut up..."

I grinned. "You thought I was going into labor."

"Shhhhhhhh!" He said before placing a kiss to my stomach. It has grown, I seriously look like a beached whale. It's driving me insane. I'm just glad school is over. Though, I am stuck at home for the first few months...maybe longer. I'm scared I'll have to miss a year. Nate and I won't be able to graduate together, I'll miss prom, I'll be bored all day.

"Amy" Nate said, snapping me from my train of thought.

"Y-yeah?"

"I will stay with you for the year, we can graduate next year together." He said softly, shifting me so I could sit on his lap.

I smiled, hugging him tightly as I nuzzled into his neck. "Thank y-"

"Don't thank, I'd do anything for you and don't you doubt it " he teased and pulled away slightly. "So...where's my breakfast?"

I smiled. "Coming right up!" I said before getting up.

Nate's eyes widened. "Wait what-no! I was kidding!"

"I'm not."

"Amy-"

"Nate."

I grinned, taking the flipper I flipped the pancake up and plopped it in the pan. Nate was sitting at the island and glaring at me slightly. I obviously won out challenge of names. I defeated him by pouting, fake crying, and complaining of my cramps. he fell for it instantly, it was cute as hell.

"I still hate you."

"No you dont" I purred before flashing him a wink. I watched as he blushed and he hid his face. I win again!

"Oh it seems Lia is cooking today, and it's not muffins" Carson chuckled as he walked in the room. Bea strolling behind him.

"Something must have happened." Bea grinned. "Could it be she has finally come down to her senses that she loves us enough to cook!"

Carson smacked him on the back of the head. "Or she's cooking for her mate, dear brother." He said and looked at Nate.

Nate swallowed hard and gave Carson a weary smile. Carson simply smiled back before he walked over towards me. "Good morning dear Lia." He said kissing the top of my head.

Bea strolled over and plopped down next to Nate. "Boy have you lost weight?" He chuckled towards me as I narrowed my eyes at him.

"No. I look like a beach ball."

"No, you look like you swallowed one"

I instantly looked down as I heard a deep growl come from both Carson and Nate. I smiled to myself as I flipped the last pancake and placed it in a plate. Picking them up I walked over to nate and put it infront of him. "Alright boys, eat up." I said heading to the sink to wash up.

when I turned around all three were staring at me. "What?" I said drying off my hands.

"Amy eat." Bea said sternly.

I rolled my eyes. Yeah yeah trying to be big brother now...ain't gonna work. I was snapped out of my thought when I heard another deep growl this time from Nate.

"Bubbles, eat." He said harshly knowing that I haven't eaten in a while and he was being a slight mother hen. I walked over to him and cupped his face.

"I'm okay," I said before pressing a kiss to his nose

He pulled away frowning. "Amy, please, just eat a little bit." He said as Carson placed a plate in front of me.

I sighed. "Will me eating this make you feel better?"

"YES!"

After we all finished eating Nate volunteered to do dishes. I let him; don't wanna upset mother hen. I headed upstairs, wanting to get into some comfy clothes if I was to be stuck in this house I would at least be comfy.

I found a pair of light grey stretchy track-pants and slipped them in with little difficulty. I found a black tang top to wear and easily slipped that on. I didn't want to bend over and out on my socks so I stepped into my slippers and headed towards the mirror. I was putting on a sweater when something caught my eye. A little black box.

What is that? I walked closer, picking it up to study it closer. It was a soft, small square box. I was just about to open it when the door opened and Nate walked in, his eyes widening when he saw me. "AMY!" He said running over as he took the box from my hands. "You found it! I was looking for this.."

I smiled. "It was just sitting on my dresser. But, uh, Nate. what is it?"

"Oh nothing. Nothing important that needs to be lodged into your thoughts. You wanna watch a movie?" He asked with a smile as he slipped the box into his pocket. "You can pick"

"Oh...okay..." I said as he grinned.

"I'll meet you downstairs." And with that he was gone.

Well that was weird.

Ello Lovelies!

yes I finally updated a new chapter! ^~^ I know you're probably like, WTF why is it so short!? well to tell you the answer I'm addicted to Legend Of Zelda and Walking Dead right now. I've been playing games and watching the walking dead for a while now with my little sister.
Who just happened to turn six on this past Sunday. Her party is this weekend so I've been busy and sore these past few days.

I wanted to post this sooner but I got my attention caught on other things. so I deeply apologize.
