Hitoshi Shinsou x Former Villain! Reader - The Reform Project [1]

The reader's character is based off of an OC of mine, but I'd never have the confidence to write a real BNHA OC Story.

Reader's Quirk: Quirk Steal- You can take others quirks for a short period of time, and can tell what someone's quirk is when you look at them. Though, you can only take their quirk if you know the persons name.

For the purpose of this scenario, words in italics are the reader speaking English.

"The Reform Project, the project designed by U.A, the Police Force, (A/N: Thats the only thing they call them in the wiki, so I wouldn't know otherwise. ) and several assisting pro-heroes. This project is designed to be put in place in the event of a villain, within in the age range of 14-18, to be reformed in terms of learning how to become a hero at U.A. The student will be placed in class 1-A, regardless of age, and will live out their life as a U.A student. If this student does not change its ways by the end of it's third year, then it will face the amount of jail time originally intended for them." The projection of Nezu explaining this project ended. Aizawa turned the lights back on, facing his students to explain in better terms whats going on and why.

"Soon, this project will go into affect with it's first student, (L/N) (Y/N). He/She is an American villain who was brought here as a suggestion for the project. They will be carefully monitored by us teachers, and we expect all of you to do the same. He/She will be staying in the dorms, but have very strict rules of where they must be at certain times." Aizawa explained.

"Any questions?" He added.

Several people raised their hands. He sighed, this was much more work than he wanted for today.

"Iida, you can go first." Aizawa said, knowing his questions would be the easiest to answer.

"Why are they putting a villain in a hero class? Especially one of the best classes in U.A.?" Iida asked.

"It's meant to give them hope, that they can reform into heroes. While it is unlikely they'll recieve a hero license in the end, its hope that their way of thinking can be changed. Additionally, this class has had the most experience with villains. So, if anything were to go 'wrong', then you'd be the most reliable in stopping it." Aizawa replied, reading off of the paper with the specific information he could tell.

"Thank you." Iida bowed, and sat back down.

"So they're just turning school into an actual prison." Denki muttered to himself.

"Yaoyorozo, you also had a question." Aizawa said, looking to the back of the room.

"You said this new student was from America, correct. Do you know if he/she is able to speak Japanese?" Momo asked.

"From what I've been told, he/she was suggested for this because of their fluency in Japanese. Whether this is true or not, I can't be sure. But, at the very least he/she will be able to speak." Aizawa replied.

Denki suddenly raised his hand, causing Aizawa to fill with a bit of concern, "Yes, Kaminari."

"What crimes did they commit?" He asked.
