Thorn had told me that we were having Rainwing quests today! I'm so excited! It was Queen Glory, with two of her guards, Deathbringer and Y/n. Oh, look! They're here! I ran to Thorns throne room and sit on the throne beside hers. She's so kind to me, she made me a throne for the moons sake! I settle down just as Glory enters the room, Deathbringer and Y/n behind her. I gaze at Y/n. His scales were a bright f/c, mixed with shiny 2f/c. He was to shiny to be a guard! He looks back at me and we lock eyes for a moment. His e/c eyes bore into my black ones. I noticed a faint hint of crimson on his ears and snout. I smile at him, and he smiles back. I feel my heart flutter. Wait, what?! Am I in love with this dragon?!

Glory had ordered me to relax a bit and walk around the palace. In other words, she wanted me to explore. Maybe I'll find that sandwing with Thorn. I feel something bump against my chest. I look down to see the sandwing on the ground, rubbing her head. She looked up at me. "You have such shiny scales!" She exclaimes, standing up. "Thanks. I'm Y/n. And you are?" I ask, smiling. "Blaze. I'm Blaze. Can I call you shiny?" Blaze asks, tracing a talon over my horn. I nod. She smiles widely, which makes my heart flutter. We walk around the palace, chatting. She takes me to a garden when the sun starts to set. I laugh and follow her. The garden was beautiful.

"Whoa." I breathed. Blaze led me to a bench witch had perfect view of the sunset. I twined my tail with hers, turning a shiny crimson. Blaze leaned on my shoulder. Together, we watched the sunset fall. I knew that I loved her, and she loved me. Even though we were world's apart, I still love her.
