No one's p.o.v.....

(18 years ago.....)

Strange activity had been seen around Wasp hive recently, and the Queen herself had took matters into her own talons. She walked around the hive, her black eyes darting to and fro. A soft cry came from around a goodies store.

'Ugh, it's just a lost Dragonet. Nothing too- oh.' Her thoughts were cut off when she saw it. A newborn Leafwing. It started to cry and whine. Wasp hesitated as she walked towards the Dragonet. It was small, with f/c and 2f/c scales. It was so small, so helpless, and so far away from the Poison Jungle. Gently, she picked up the Dragonet. It's eyes shot open as soon as she touched it. It's eyes were like glass. The Leafwing let out a small wail and snuggled into Wasps chest. Wasp smiled down at the little f/c bundle in her arms. She could raise it. Turning, she leapt into the air and flew towards her palace, the very top of her hive. She landed gracefully, and some guards headed towards her, their eyes immediately wide with shock when they saw the Leafwing.

"Your majesty! That's a Leafwing Dragonet! And it's eyes! What happened to it's eyes?!" One of them exclaimed, stumbling backwards. One of the other guards whacked the first one in the head with his wing.

"That Leafwing is not an it! She's a girl! And she's blind!" He snapped, and Wasp knew at once what to call her new Dragonet.

"Her name will be Y/n. It's the perfect name." She murmured, and the guards that weren't yelling at eachother nodded and commented on her name.

18 years later....

Your p.o.v

"Hey! Look out, Blindey!" I wince at the nickname. It was terrible. Suddenly a rock collided with the back of my head, making me cry out in pain and fall to the ground. The bullies laughed and flew over to me, biting me and calling me names. I just let it happen. It wasn't as if I could do anything. I was blind, helpless, and weak.

"Disgrace!"

"Nobody likes you!"

"Go kill yourself!"

"Go join your tribe in the hell that you and them belong!"

"Awwww, is the Bug gonna cry? Do you need some poison for that?"

Tears were already spilling out from my glassy eyes. Finally, the Hivewings left me alone. I scrambled to my feet, making the blood from my wounds flow a bit faster. I stumbled back towards my room in Wasps palace, but I was quickly pulled away from my room by some guards. I yelped as my head hit the ground, and my skull exploded into unbearable pain. I screeched at the pain, and a spear was stabbed into my tail and another one into my front right leg.

"Pathetic! Can't even defend herself!"

"Look at you, you disgrace of a dragon! I don't know why Wasp even keeps you around!"

"Halos right! Have you told her about how we and those eight other Hivewings in the plaza treat you?! You better not have! You'd be dead in a wingbeat!"

I shook my head screaming as I did, the stabbing became worse and worse, and the pain in my skull didn't help. With a huff, Halo, one of the guards who did the worst damage, threw me into my room, and my head collided with my bookshelf, brail books falling down. The door slammed and I curled up where I lay, sobbing. Tears spilled down my face and onto the floor, mixing in with the blood. Ever since I was able to walk around on my own, I was bullied. Bullied for being blind, for being a Leafwing. Darkness was all I've ever been able to see, and pain and self-hate all I've ever felt. I had stopped feeling love from Wasp a long time ago, leaving me more vulnerable than ever. I slept where I lay, wishing that I wouldn't wake up the next day.

The next day......

Wasps p.o.v

"What's taking her so long?! She knows I hate waiting!" I spat, pacing around the dining room, lashing my tail. Some of the guards were whispering to eachother, as the owners of the other hives had their heads bowed, trying to figure out where Y/n was. Was she ok? What if something happened and I wasn't there to help her? What if-

"The cuts!" Scarab exclaimed suddenly, leaping up from where she sat. I snapped my head around to look at her, my eyes wide with terror.

"Wh-what?! She always said tha-" I was cut off by Bloodworm.

"Blood. I smell blood! Leafwing blood!" She exclaimed, racing out of the hall. Panicking, I followed her, the other owners following. I scrambled around a corner, seeing Bloodworm looking at the ground in horror and disbelief. I looked down, and let out a cry of shock. A bloody trail leading towards her room. I quickly followed it, the others following me once again. Finally, reaching the door of her room, I saw the largest blood puddle I've ever seen. And, when Bloodworm had confirmed it was Y/ns blood, I broke down her rooms door, and screeched at the sight. There, covered in books and soaked in blood, was Y/n.

"I'll go get a medic!" Jewel exclaimed, rushing to the medics hall. I stumbled over to the body of Y/n, sobbing. I couldn't lose her! I small smile made its way to my face when I realized that she was breathing. Finally, the medic, Musky, entered and shooed me away and out of the room. At once, he closed the door. I broke down where I sat, my sisters and aunts comforting me as Musky did his work.

"I failed! I failed at protecting her! I should've been there for her!" I cryed.

"Sh, sh. It's not your fault, sweets." Hornet whispered, hugging me tightly.

"Wasp? What's going on?" I glanced up to see two guards, Halo and Scorp.

"Some dragons attempted to kill Y/n! They've done it before, but she might not open her sweet, beautiful glass eyes ever again!" I wailed, and the two exchanged proud glances.

"Well, good! She's a slimy little rat who can't defend herself! C'mon, Halo! Let's go tell the others!" Scorp exclaimed, rushing away with Halo, the two cheering in triumph. I couldn't believe what I had just heard. Clearly enraged,  Tsetse, Vinegroon and Yellowjacket chased after the two. Not to long later, Musky came out of the room, Y/n trailing after him.

"Here she is. But, can we talk in private? Your sisters and aunts will look after her while we talk." He said, his voice sorrowful. I nodded and followed after him.

Time skip to a few days later.......

Wasps p.o.v

"Your Highness! Please, forgive us! We wer-"

"Shut up! You shall be exiled no matter what you say! No one harms MY  Bride!" I shouted, and they were taken away by some guards right away.

"Wasp! She's ready!" Jewel exclaimed, bounced into the throne room. I smiled and got off my throne.

"Then lead me to her." I said. Jewel smiled and fixed the necklace on me. At once she led me to her hive. Silkwings and Hivewings were seated in rows, and at the front, Y/n stood, dazzling in the jewelry that she had on.

"You made her 800 times more pretty, Jewel. Thank you." I whispered, and Jewel nodded, giving me a light shove.

"Go get her, Lioness." She teased, and I began walking. Finally I reached the front. This was it! We were getting married!

After, and a few days later.......

No one's p.o.v

She looked adorable. So cute, and she was Wasps. No one would ever harm her little leaf again. Wasp smiled, and curled up with her wife, and fell into a peaceful sleep, but not before she whispered "I love you." And earned an "I love you, too." Back.
