Would you still care to hold my hand?
Even if things we couldn't control out of hand
Would you still care to embrace me tight?
Even if you are scared and grasp in fright
You are worth fighting and deserve everything
And yet all left and gave you nothing
You are strong and able to give it all
And yet pain felt and tears fall
Would you still care to hold my hand,
Even if things didn't work out as planned?
Would you still care to hold me tight,
Even if loving you is my only reason to fight?
