WAKANDA- SHURI'S LAB
Tony Stark, Banner and Thor enter. James Rhodes is teaching Steve Rogers to operate the suit. Nebula is sparing with Natasha Romanoff with Wakandan laser spears, and Rocket is stealing random tech into his backpack.
Tony Stark- I will not be fighting Thanos.
Rocket- Eh what?
Steve Rogers- Stark, this is no time for jokes.
Tony Stark- We have a talking rabbit too?
Rocket- Say that again. (raises blaster cannon) Please, do say so.
Natasha Romanoff- Guys, not this again.
Tony Stark- But I say it again, I will not fight Thanos and will not let you fight him either.
Thor- Stark, have you gone mad?
Rhodes (War machine)- Is anyone using any mind-control tech here?
Tony Stark- Oh, he's my old war buddy, and I know he has done a lot of crimes against the universe but it wasn't him at all and I will kill you all if you try to touch him.
Thor- STARK!!
Thor crackles with electricity and charges Stark head-on. Unprepared for the attack, Stark falls to the ground and tries to form a shield with his suit-hand, but Thor immediately cuts it down with his axe. Just before the fight gets brutal, Rhodes fires a missile at Thor which explodes and pushes him away from Stark.
Bruce Banner- Guys can we stop fighting amongst ourselves already?
Steve Rogers- Stark, we did this once already. I said I could do this all day, but that day is long over. Yet if you side with the enemy...of humanity, and of life, I will not hesitate to stand for what's right.
Tony Stark- You threw us all under the bus for Bucky. I thought about it, and I realized you didn't give a damn about the Sokovian accords. You served under the U.S. army and under S.H.I.E.L.D., and being a soldier to the government was nothing new to you. For your best friend, you let the entire team go to waste, while hiding under the sham of protecting freedom and rights.
Steve Rogers- Stark, I...
Tony Stark (Interrupting him)- And its the same with Thanos. He thinks himself to be the good guy, the savior of the universe. Yet, he too has something hidden under his cause of bringing balance to the universe, he too is doing this for someone else.
Bruce Banner- You mean there is someone who has influence over him?
Tony Stark- That's an understatement. He has made the sacrifice of half the universe to please his idol. Thanos will do anything at the command of their fingertips. We must find who it is, and make it convince Thanos to give up the gauntlet.
Natasha Romanoff- But who could benefit from the death of half the universe?
Thor- Guys, I know it sounds really odd, but I know someone who exactly fits that description.
