Thanos snaps his fingers, and a blue portal transports him.
WAKANDAN LAB
Thanos emerges into the lab from his blue portal. Everyone is in shock. Captain marvel charges at Thanos, bristling with energy, but Thanos snaps his fingers with a green glow.
Time has frozen. Many of the Avengers are frozen in shock, or were preparing to attack. Steve Rogers was trying to shout something, while Thor has his hand out to summon his axe.
Thanos- Everything must be in balance.
Thanos- You took away one life after the snap. And anyway, only one of you matters. Hence, I too will take, a life for a life.
Thanos produces a large blade through his reality stone, and drives it into Thor's chest. Blood oozes, but there is no reaction from Thor.
Thanos- On second thought, I will aim for the head.
Thanos delivers an accurate yet gruesome cut to the neck, leaving Thor's head in its position, as time has frozen and gravity has no effect. He then snaps his fingers, unfreezing time and simultaneously exiting the lab. Captain Marvel crashes into the wall, while Thor falls to the ground.
Captain Marvel- Where did he go?
Rocket- What did he do...
Captain America- Thor.
Shuri- MEDIC!!
Rocket cries over Thor's corpse, while medics come and check his vitals.
Wakandan medic- The wound is too fatal. There's nothing we can do.
