SHURI'S LAB
The Avengers and allies are working, relaxing and training, while Shuri, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Scott Lang (Ant-Man) and Captain Marvel stand near Antman's quantum ship.
Scott Lang- Why did the author put brackets in front of my name?
Captain Marvel - Probably because no one knows you.
Scott Lang- That's not true, I am famous in his world!
Tony Stark- Insect man, you aren't famous even in this world, so I doubt you have fame across the multiverses.
Bruce Banner- Uh, guys, what are you talking about?
Tony Stark- Nothing, techie here says she can get Pym out of that ship.
Shuri- I said that we needed a colossal amount of energy to be able to restabilize the quarks in Dr. Pym's body. But then, even the barrier required an unreachable amount of energy to be breached.
Captain Marvel- What barrier are you talking about?
Bruce Banner- The one which you flew through and broke apart?
Captain Marvel- I didn't find anything of the kind.
Shuri- It was probably because you were surrounded by pure energy of a higher order of magnitude. The restabilizer device has already been assembled. All we require you to do is supply it with your power once again.
Captain Marvel- Where is it?
Shuri presses a button on her hologram tablet, and about 10 Wakandan soldiers come in, carrying a giant gun-like appartus of vibranium.
Shuri- Well, lets begin!
Captain Marvel begins channeling her beams of energy through the device. However, the power supplied is almost as if vanished.
Shuri- More power! It is not enough!
Captain Marvel channels even more energy through the device, and suddenly, it breaks apart. The mini explosion that occurs throws Carol Denvers backwards to the ground.
Tony Stark- Ouch.
Shuri- The design needs to be re-modified. The energy stabilizers need to be enriched with higher grades of vibranium. Probably the barrels need to be thicker.
Bruce Banner- With such large sources of energy, and the strength of vibranium, all sorts of inventions that were once unfeasible, and even plain stupid, are now possible. This would be the dawn of a new age of technology.
Captain Marvel- I don't think I want to work as someone's battery.
Tony Stark- That's a good point.
Before Banner can reply, Rocket Racoon comes up running to the group.
Rocket- Guys, the inifnity stone detector thing we were working on, it has been completed.
Shuri- Good. Has any usage of the stones been detected from the nearby galaxies?
Rocket- No, but its even worse.
Shuri- What?
Rocket- The detector was designed to detect the infinity stones when are being used, but the high energy levels of the stones make it possible for this thing to detect the stones, even when they are not being used, if they are nearby.
Bruce Banner- Are they on Earth?
Rocket- No, much closer. Right outside the borders of Wakanda.
Shuri- Let me have a look.
Shuri takes a tablet interface from Rocket, and zooms in on the energy signature of the infinity stones.
Shuri- He is here.
Tony Stark (to Banner)- Tell the team to get ready. I have something that must be done, don't miss me if I don't come for this fight.
Bruce Banner- Stark, where are you going?
Tony Stark (walks away)- To make something that can fight an infinity stone.
Bruce Banner- Does he think we will lose?
Captain Marvel- Its up to us to prove him wrong.
