I sighed as I leave my home. I'll be leaving this house for 6 months. Who knows what will happen after those months. I called Mom.

"Yes honey?" She said, I heard Shanah shouting like a mad lady at the background.

"I'll be going now." I said as I started to hail a cab.

"Ah yeah I remembered. Don't worry about your house okay? Im going to take care of it. Keep safe there okay?"  She said as I enter the cab.

I nodded not knowing why, "Thanks mom. I'll be hanging up."

"Oh. And honey?"

"Yes, Ma?"

"If you love her, fight for her." Then she hung up.

It took less than an hour after my departure from Indonesia. I laid back on my seat and thought of what will happen on the next few hours after my flight.

Will I meet her? When? Is she okay? Is she okay with seeing me? Does it hurt? Are we still mutuals?

My thoughts drifted me to sleep.

"Excuse me, Sir?" I felt a little push on my shoulder as my wake up call. I thought it was her.

"Im sorry." I said as I stood up "It's already 8:30 in the evening" she said after looking at her wrist watch. "My name is Hope. I am a flight steward here." She added. I smiled at her and thanked her afterwards.

As I walk pass the hallway of the airport with my luggages I can't help myself to stop thinking the circumstances of going and risking my fate here. My fate after meeting her. I was greeted by a personnel from the hospital I am going to work for.

He managed to drive me on the hotel which I am going to stay for the next few months. It's few blocks away from the city proper which is new for me in some ways.

"Good Evening Sir. How may I help you?" asked the Front Office Associate. She seems nice and charming reminds me of her. "Uhm Sir? May I know your name?"

I chuckled. "Shandy Samhat. I came here with reservation from J Companies."

She smiled and lend me a key. "Enjoy your stay, Sir." I smiled back and went on.

Arriving at the 30th floor in a blink of an eye. I settled in my room and fixed myself on the bed. Dialling the front office's number.

"Hello this is Geenina, your front office associate. How may I help you?"

That voice. That name. It sends shivers to my spine.

I hung up. Unable to mutter a thing. Unable to digest what I just heard. Did I made it up? I tried dialling it again and was picked up by the same person and the same voice.

The voice of the love I longed for.

The voice I am dying to hear.

The voice of the girl I love.

Geenina.

I rushed down to the lobby only to see a different person on the desk. "Excuse me..."

"What can I help you with, Sir?"

I looked at her, "Is there any Geenina Marquez working here?" She moved her eyes to her side.

Bingo. "There's none, Sir. Why?"

Smiling, I said "Really? Probably I made it up. Sorry for disturbing. Have a good night." then I went back.

Really, Geenina? Really now?
