The closure really helped me a lot these days. While on my way to the deliberation I bump into Matteo. "Oh hello Dr. Samhat, going to the conference room?" I nodded and fixed my suit. "Mind if I walk with you?"

"Nah. I don't mind." I answered and walked.

"Shandy? Right?" He asked and I nodded. "Would it be possible if I talk to you after the deliberation? Just the two of us." I looked at him before entering, "Sure." I said and walked ahead of him. The deliberation went for like one hour having two breaks on them.

"I would like to acknowledge the presence of Dr. Shandy Samhat, a doctor from Indonesia who happened to be one of the most outstanding doctor of our sister hospital in their country." The Chairman said and everyone clapped. I stood up and smiled at them. "He's good looking!" A Doctor of Optometry exclaimed which made everyone laugh. "We now have two good looking doctors in our institution. Let Dr. Samhat stay here." Her fellow doctor followed. The Chairman face palmed but laugh at their bold statement.

"I might consider that. But we have to make sure Dr. Samhat can be fully committed to the service. Aside from being a doctor he's a model as well." That earned gasps from my fellow doctors and Matteo isn't exempted. "Dr. Samhat, your manager called me and I allowed you to take your shoots. But you have to make sure that you'll bring a lot of souvenirs." he chuckled after. I gave him a smiled and a salute.

The deliberation went well having some issues from the other departments and shifting of schedule. As I was fixing my things, Matteo approached me for his man to man talk. We decided to grab our brunch on Geenina's Cafe. It was not bombarded with guests today since it's a holiday. I just realized that the portraits on her cafe was a part of her trip on Indonesia. Some of it was secretly taken and some of it was taken by me.

"Hey. What are you up to?"

I looked at him, confused. "Pardon?"

"What are you up to? Are you going to interfere with me and Geenina?" he asked firmly. "I never decided to interfere. But since you said it I may re-consider." I stated and chuckled. He was gripping on the can so hard that in any time it will burst. "But having respect for you, I won't. I still love her but I won't step on your hardwork."

He looked at me intently, he looked at me with mad eyes. "Just this once. Don't interfere." I looked at him and questioned him, "What do you mean?"

"Look. I had to admit, my dad interfered back then. He was holding grip on my neck. I wasn't able to court the one I liked the most. Until someone took her away. And that's when I met Geenina, it was the first time my dad didn't hold me. She is a miracle to me, everything happened smooth with her. It's as if she's my lucky charm, my everything. God knows how I love her."

With those statements I asked myself, do I deserve her? Do I really deserve her or I want her because I think I deserve her? Am I selfish if I fight for her?

"Please. I am willing to do everything for her. I know I am far behind you when it comes to her when it comes to knowing her. But please, don't take her away from me."

Then it knocked me off, "You love her? Then fight for her. If it's againts me, still fight for her." I said and went out from the cafe.
