It's been 3 years now since the departure of Geenina and I can't still move on from that pain.

"What are you up to?" Said Veronica. My manager.
I looked at her calmly and stood up, "I can't possibly like the plot of that movie."

She chuckled and turned serious again, "Why? Because of Geenina? Again? For pete's sake, Shandy. She left and nowhere to be found! Why are you still sticking up with her?"

I graduated Med school 2 years after she left. I am a doctor from a private hospital and got myself as a model on a clothing line, why am I sticking up until now?
"Because I love her." I uttered

"You know what? That's crap. Forget our hang out with Marco. We're not going anywhere with this." She sighed as a sign of defeat.

Marco went inside Veronica's house with some paper bags in hand. "Ready for the movie now?" he said. Veronica gave him a look, just like a wind he did understand what she meant.

He placed the bags on the table and settled himself beside me, "What did you eat before Geenina left?" I looked at him clueless. "Oh nothing. I really don't know why and how would you end up miserable and longing for more. The Shandy I know before you met her is one of the coolest guy on the university and boom! He's not miserable." he said and scratches his head.

Veronica went on with her non stop opinions about my moving on phase and I just settled in while looking at Geenina's blog. It wasn't updated after her departure. God knows how many times I visit this site everyday.

Hours went by and I decided to go home.

The moment I opened the door, I roamed my eyes around and felt pain on my chest. Every single detail of this house is shouting Geenina on it. From the sofa, to kitchen, veranda. I sighed deeply and settled in. Like some ordinary day, I spent my night tearing up with the thought of her leaving.

I heard my alarm clock went wild until I turned it off. I prepared myself for work. I came to the hospital 10 minutes before my schedule. Claire greeted me as I walk by like everyday she told me that the head doctor is looking for me.

Going to the locker room calmly I heard some of my fellow doctors talking about departures and such but I didn't bother to eavesdrop and went on to change.

"Good Morning." I greeted the head doctor as I walked into his office. He turned his swivel chair facing me as he told me to sit infront of him. I settled in.

He placed his hand on his table and looked at me, "You performed well during your internship days and after your absorption on this hospital. But these few weeks I was told that you often skip some of your medical appointments. Is there any problem, Mr. Samhat?"

I coughed, "There's nothing, Sir. It's just that the environment become so tight it suffocates me I wasn't able to perform well." Such a good liar, Shandy.

"Well then..." he nodded. "If that's the case you are in then I shall recommend you for relocation."

I looked at him, confused about the thing he just said. He smiled and that doesn't feel good at all.

"I'll recommend you to be relocated at St. Jade's Hopital in Manila Philippines. It's our sister hospital so you don't have to worry that much. They needed some people and for a change ill be sending you off." He looked at me and placed a paper infront of me, "If you want to...then if not that's fine with me."

I sighed and signed the papers.

"Your flight will be schedule next week. Monday." He said as if everything is planned and scheduled.

Going home was a bit light today. I had few patients who thanked me for my service and I helped a lot according to them. I yawned feeling dizzy all of a sudden.

"So you accepted being relocated? Without telling me?" Veronica asked.

"It's not like it concerns you." I deadpanned

"Whoa there. I stand as your friend and your manager remember? How about your scheduled shoots next week? Duh? Shandy?"

I walked slowly back to my room, before I go in I looked at her, "It's not like they won't take some shoots on Philippines. Veronica, I need this. I need this relocation."

As I enter my room I saw Geenina smiling. "I need to see her. I need it so bad." then I closed the door.
