WARM Bodies was watched in silence in the living room of my home. But it sure didn't last long. Someone decided to crash in for the party.

There wasn't even any cuddling happening.

"HELLO, MOTHERFUC- Oh. Um, hey, uh, Alex..."

I tried so hard not to laugh at Michael's embarrassed self as his cheeks turned crimson red and his eyes glued to the floor.

That's what you get for bursting into people's houses without knocking on the door first.

Actually, I did leave the door unlocked on purpose because my mum was out - I didn't know where she went because I was trying to not be a nosy son - and she hated coming home and having to fumble with the house keys.

But then it resulted to Michael Clifford crashing in and shouting bad words out loud. I swear he's born with a damned curse.

"You could've knocked, douche."

Alex just giggled and waved at the purple headed boy who still had his eyes glued to the floor.

"What's on the floor that's so interesting?" I looked at where he was staring and back at him, raising an eyebrow.

"I-I didn't know you're having Alex over and - oh hey, Luke, didn't see you there - I thought I'd swing by your place since Ashton's out to the arcade with his brother."

Telling him it was fine and a long lecture of being polite when you're at someone else's house later, Luke scooted to the edge of the sofa to make room for Michael.

"How are you, Michael?" Alex asked.

He grinned like an idiot, "Aw, look who's talking... Just call me Mikey, yeah? And I'm good. How about you?"

She showed her thumb up and looked at Luke who was sat next to her. The movie was paused due to the conversation.

The blonde boy made an attempt to talk and I was so sorry for him. His mother was one helluva bad person.

"HEY, LUKE! I'm Miiichaelll..."

Luke laughed at his lame attempt of shaking hands and we all slumped back in our seats to finish the awesome zombie-romance-thingy movie.

"That was epic. And so sweet!" Alex's face lit up as she did flashbacks of the couple R and Julie as if they were real characters. But it was quite amusing to see her that way.

"Your mum's still out eh, Mikey?"

He nodded, "Uh-huh. She's coming home tonight, though. So I'll leave before 7 p.m. don't worry."

I nodded and looked at the time which was now 4:27 p.m. My mum would be home around five something. The latest she'd be home was always by six.

Never later than that. She's a punctual person, you'd say.

"Hey, Cal. You got Call of Duty?"

And he's in the mood for video games.

I motioned towards the racks of CDs and he pulled out the game DVD before plugging in the consoles.

"Uh, I'm not playing. Toodles." I got off the sofa, leaving Michael who was on the floor, setting up the game while Alex and Luke remained seated on the sofa - watching Michael intently.

"Luke, do you want to play Call of Duty with me?"

The blonde boy shrugged and sat down next to him, eyeing the console carefully as if he'd never touched one before.
