Temptation

Chapter 2: Emma

Hi this is Emma speaking, I'm Ali's best friend, now recently I got pretty excited and that is because Chris who I have been crushing on for a few years broke up with his girlfriend like two days ago. Anyway me and Ali are getting ready to go to school, when were done my mom drops us off, we walk In and I go see a few friends and Ali heads to her locker.

I look up quickly and it looks like Chris is walking towards me so I try and act cool which doesn't work to well for me he says "Hey Emma" and I say "Hey" he then asks me "Hey I was wondering if you would like to go out to the movies with me sometime" so I say "Yea sure that would be really cool" and he says "Ok cool" and he walks away and when he does I drop all my books and everyone laughs at me i think oh great and I pick them all up and head on to class.

After school we walk to Ali's and we go up to her room and she shuts the door and sits me down, she asks "So I saw Chris walk up to you today, what did he say?" I say "Nothing" "Come on tell me, we tell each other everything" "Ok fine he asked me if I would like to go to the movies with him sometime and I said sure" and then she just stares at me no words after that. I walk home a little later, it's a beautiful friday night, when I get to my room I text Chris saying I would like to go out to the movies I got no one to hang out with and he responds saying "ok I'll come pick you up well go out to dinner first" I get dressed into skinny jeans and a tank and he comes and we head out to Olive Garden and we enjoy a nice talk and he says to me "So what's going on with Ali? She seems to be so distant from you lately" and I say "yea she's a strong girl she just came out last year and she usually doesn't care about what others say, she just seems sad lately" after we finish we head to the movies.

When we arrive he holds my hand and he buys the tickets and I buy the popcorn and we walk in and sit down, during the scary parts I cuddle into his arms and he holds me tight, when it is over he drives me home and I say "thank you tonight was amazing" and he says "my pleasure I really like you" I say "aww" and he kisses my cheek and I head inside and sit on the couch and my mom says "good night?" I say "oh yeah"
