Fixed Star Part I

Taemin~

I run on to the boat first, taking the stairs to get to the SHINee private deck. Maybe I can beat the rest of them to the rooms. Ever since we heard about this 'business trip' one week ago we've all been excited. Well as excited as we can be because of everything that's happened. I get on the deck and look over the edge of the railing. Am I the first one on the boat? 

I choose the biggest bedroom and put my stuff away. What a lovely boat. Each artist gets a private deck complete with a kitchen, living room area, bedrooms for each member, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers in each. I'm loving this. The point of this trip is to let everyone experience different musical styles and languages. It's going to be exciting making new friends and hearing new music. The only catch is, when everyone arrives you have to wear a mask. You need to wear a mask for the entire trip. No one is allowed to see your face after the official start of the trip. It's kind of strange... The record companies have all sorts of things planned for us. But everything's been kept a secret. I still think this is going to be fun!

If only I could share this with Minho. 

We haven't spoken (He's ignored me) since the TaeKai pictures appeared. He didn't even fight with me when he found out. He just walked into his room without a word and locked himself in. He hasn't spoken to me in almost 2 weeks. I've found this as a common theme. Sure he's talked to everyone else and is being friendly with them but as soon as I come near him he leaves. I speak to him and he ignores me, he won't even look at me. This time is horrible. All the other times he's stopped speaking to me we've at least interacted. He's making sure that we don't. 

I see people starting to arrive and still no SHINee. Why did I have to arrive first? Aish, they're never late. I see EXO coming up from the dock. "EXO HYUNGS!" I lean over the railing. Baekhyun looks up. 

"Taemin-Sunbae!" 

"Your deck connects to ours by a staircase!" 

"Awesome!" He gives his suitcase to Chanyeol and runs up. Me and Baekhyun have grown close recently. He gets up here quickly and hugs me. "Annyeong Haseyo! When did you get here?" 

"20 minutes ago."

"Where's the rest of SHINee?"

"I don't know. I was the first Idol on board." 

"Did you get the best room?" I grin. 

"Of course!" 

"I wish you could room with us." 

"You guys have only six rooms." 

"It's not like Chanyeol is sleeping in his." He blushes. "Did I seriously say that out loud?" I chuckle. 

"I won't tell." 

"I think you should consider rooming with us." 

"We'll see how things go. Maybe I'll take you up on your offer."

"Oh yay!" The rest of EXO gets to the deck. 

"Yah!" Baekhyun turns. Chanyeol stands with his arms crossed. "You leave me with the luggage huh?" He grabs Baekhyun by the waist and messes up his hair, a grin never leaving his face. "Never do that again or you'll be Burnt Bacon!" 

"Is that a threat?!" 

"No it's a promise!" I smile and look down at the water. I remember when me and Minho were like that. 

"Pretty girls shouldn't be sad." I turn around. "Oh wait, it's you Taemin!" Kai says sarcastically. 

"Hey Kim Jongin."
