Richie
A strong itch had decided to mix itself into the pain that was bubbling all throughout Richie's stomach. As he stepped away from Eddie, the concoction began to relocate to his back and the urge to scratch it grew. It felt like a giant mosquito bite, he didn't care if he bled, he just needed to scratch it until he felt better.
"Richie, are you okay? Did I do something wrong?" Eddie looked up at him with worried eyes.
Richie nodded and began to usher his friend out of the bathroom, "No you didn't and I'm fine. I just need a little privacy for something."
"Richie, I swear to God if you have a boner, I'm going to rip your fucking face off."
"It's not that," Richie answered defensively. "I just need to do something quickly."
He ignored Eddie's protests before shutting the door and locking. Richie stuck his hands down the back of his shirt and began to scratch viciously at the itch. Even though he could feel his fingers begin to grow wet after a while, he kept on scratching as he ignored the pain that blossomed.
"Richie, open the door!" Eddie yelled through the door.
"Just give me a few minutes, Eds!" Richie yelled back, pausing his scratching before going back to it.
Eddie wouldn't waver though, "You've been in there for ten minutes!"
"Well, give me another five!"
Eddie sighed loudly through the door, "Richie, open the fucking door before I do it myself."
Just as Richie was about to reluctantly open the door, he felt something rip through his skin and shirt, causing him to fall to the floor and scream. He heard the door click open and Eddie cry out, "Holy shit!" Richie's eye focused on something that lay on the floor beside him, a bloody feather.
He stood up to face the mirror to his shock. Two giant, white wings protruded from his back, coated in his own blood. Before he could properly react though, the wings shrunk into his back again and he could feel the skin harden from where they had grown.
Richie looked in the mirror to see that his eyes were completely white. No irises, pupils, nothing but white. He walked closer to the mirror to see what appeared to be greenish-blue scales on his neck. He felt his chest seize up along with the urge to splash into any body of water.
Richie's eyes returned to normal and the scales disappeared. He could see that Bill and Eddie were looking at him in utter shock, and maybe even a hint of fear. The pain in his body bloomed again, but this one was more horrendous than the last one. This one shook his entire body with the sensation and Richie felt himself crumble from the pain, but not before seeing his eyes begin to turn from a dark brown to a glowing yellow.
Richie collapsed onto the floor, screaming in pain as he watched his own nails harden into dark, sharp claws. He felt his spine snap and crack itself into new positions that he had never felt, causing him to scream.
"What the fuck is wrong with me?" He managed to cry out.
Eddie crouched beside him as Richie felt a low, guttural growl erupt from deep in his chest and out his throat. It was inhumane and it made Richie scared and freaked out even more. The urge to tear at his friend's flesh and bones was strong so he pushed Eddie away, determined to fight the feeling.
"Go!" He managed to cry out through his canines that were growing. He could feel them settle past his lips now as they stopped growing. "Please, something's not right with me and I don't want to hurt you," He whimpered.
Eddie ran up to him again and clutched his hand, "We're not leaving you, we can help you through this."
Richie uncontrollably swiped at him with his free hand, instantly regretting it. Blood welled on Eddie's arm from where he had scratched him and Richie blurted out apologies and swear words. The last thing he saw was Bill grabbing Eddie and shutting the door behind them. From there, Richie was thrown into cold, hollow darkness.
