ten.

the first bell went and the students which sat in the great hall got up and all started heading to their classes.i had potions first so hopefully remus would be there. walking into the class remus sat in his usual spot where i then sat next to him.

whilst professor was talking i nudged him lightly and whispered. "where were you at breakfast?"

"i needed to write back to mother and father."

"okay." i turned back to the front listening to whatever crap professor was telling us. i hate potions with passion but i needed to pass it this year.

the bell soon rang and fellow classmates were out in seconds. giggling i grabbed my books and quills shoving the quills in my robe pockets.

i proceeded to walk out of the door with the numerous other students in the class. james and sirius has managed to already leave and i saw james heading over to lily evans.

i stood next to remus and we watched form afar. surprise, surprise lily said no. except this time james didn't look upset that's a bit strange.

i shrugged and walked to my next class with was defense against dark arts. walking in to the large classroom sat four to five other students. i had seem to forget that not many people liked taking this class.

the class was boring once again. i mostly just drew and took a couple of notes. i was excited for this period to end due to the fact that i had no more classes for the rest of day and i could relax.

i was mid drawing a snake when the bell went once again. i shoved my quills in my pockets. and closed my books getting up as fast as i can and walking out of the classroom.

i wonder where ash is. he must have a free period next i imagine. i walked into the great hall where all other students started to fill the hall to go eat.

the marauders weren't sat at the gryffindor table yet and i could see none of my friends. i looked over at the ravenclaw table and saw no one there aswell. shrugging it off i looked over at the hufflepuff table where ash sat.

i walked on over and sat next to him. "hello a."

"hello y/n." i kissed him on the cheek and he continued talking to two boys which sat across from ash and i.

"oh i should've introduced them to you y/n. these are two of my best mates. Shae Sheen and Lucas Taylah." I waved and smiled at the two.

"Ah i gotta go i'll see you at dinner." Lucas Taylah said getting up.

He was quite tall too, probably the same height of Ash. he had short light brown hair. he was quite skinny and looked a bit like slender man. his skin is light and he had noticeable freckles.

i grabbed some bread and shoved it in my mouth munching on it as Ash and Shae spoke. Shae defiantly looked like he belonged in hufflepuff. he wore a bright smile. shae had short blonde hair. he was light skinned like lucas and had freckles aswell.

"i have a free period next, do you?" I asked turning to Ash.

He turned to me smiling. "Yeah we both do we could go do something."

Shae and Ash finished eating and we all got up walking out of the great hall together. Shae now standing up i realized he was roughly the same height of Peter so around 5'7.

We were walking around in the empty halls due to the fact that many students had classes. Although i felt whispering coming from behind me. Though when i turned around i saw nothing.

I got out of the grip Ash had on my shoulders drifting behind the two and grabbing the marauders map from out of my pocket. 'i solemnly swear that i am up to no good.'

i opened the map and went to the hallway that i was walking in. I stomped my foot angrily and put the map back in my pocket.

"Ash i gotta go do something talk to you later." He nodded and kept walking. Turning around i grabbed one of the marauders by the ear and pulled them the other direction.

once we were out of everyone's sight i pulled the cloak off them then slapping each one of them hard.

Sirius looked up holding his now red cheek in his hand. "What was that for?"

"Why on earth were you FOUR! following us!" I screamed.

"We well we got bored."

"You got bored! I highly doubt it so now tell me your secrets now." I glared at each one of them and they all looked around sheepishly.

james opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out. i gave each and everyone of them a confused expression before all four of them sprinted away from me.

"Gosh dammit!"
