As soon as our parents acknowledged our desire to get married to each other we began our preparations. We only have more than 2 months to be exact before the school opening.
Our Dads made the announcement public the day after the dinner and you cannot imagine how many questions they answered like how did it happened or is this a company merger. Dad clarified that there is no company merging and the companies that our families own will remain stand alone from each other. Only marriage and that's all. Someone even asked if it is an arranged marriage, which of course is not and they told them that we are indeed a couple even before the marriage thing come to surface. It is even on the headlines on several newspapers.
I heard a knock on my door. "Tin! Honey, please fix yourself and come down. The designer for the suits are here already. Will you usher them to Can's so that they can get the measurements." I heard Mom on the other side on the door. I just half shout at her that I will be there in a minute. I check myself out and dress presentably before sending Can a message about the designer.
When I reach the living area the designer and his staff are seated while chitchatting with Mom. "Oh! He's here, this is my son who's marrying his boyfriend or now fiancé." Mom introduce us. After the introductions I join them as we head towards the Marquez household. In less than 5 minutes we arrived at Can's house and I spotted Charles sitting on the couch. He is too busy that he seems to be ignorant of our arrival, he is indeed busy as I approach him I saw Lucas sleeping on his lap and Charles is just looking at him like a sweet candy.
I pat him on his shoulder so that I will not disturb Lucas in his slumber. "Tin! I see that you are not alone." His eyes focused on the guys behind me. "These are the designer and his staff that will make our suits." I told him before he starts to shake Lucas to wake him up. "Where is he?" I asked Charles. Lucas rise up from Charles lap still disoriented as he try to focus his vision. "I think he is in his room." He answered me as he fix Lucas who is obviously sleepy. Charles pull Lucas half dragging him upstairs. He mouth that he will notify Can about us. I just nod at him.
I gesture the designer named Pat to sit down as we wait for Can to come around. They follow suit and sit among themselves in the couch. I have been around this house so many times that I am familiar already on where is which. I decided to grab some refreshment and snack for the visitors.
All of us are waiting when I heard footsteps running upstairs, soon Can's silhouette emerge. He looks like a kid on his ensemble.

I jump out from my seat and went over to him. "Hey! How's my little devil doing?" I told him as I give him a hug before I peck his lips. Then we heard gasps and remember that we have audience. Can just pat me on my chest smiling. He is still shy. I hold his hand as we walk down.
I introduce Pat to him so we can start with the measurement taking. Pat ask us if we have a design on our mind. Of course we don't have, so he hand us his booklet that has photos of his suits. But I told him that I want something new since this is our wedding. Pat told us that he will create new designs and will it to us next week which we happily agreed. They said their goodbyes after that.
Can is sitting next to me eating some homemade cookies. "Can, let's live together like we planned before you know." I almost forgot about that we wanted to live together. "Hmmm. I'm okay with it. I think they will not stop us from doing so." My heart is melting seeing how open he is about us living together.
Someone's POV "Marriage of the year, Royce and Marquez to tie the knot." "Business Merging thru Marriage" I never expected them to marry this soon. It is very unexpected but this is where things are now I just have to adjust my plan based on this recent circumstances. Suddenly my phone lit when I saw the caller ID I answer it immediately. "Hello!" I said. "Have you seen the news?" - Caller "Yes! Of course. The plan is still going to proceed we just need to make some adjustment." I replied. "I don't like this! You have to stop that wedding!" - Caller "Right!" I said before the call ended.
Just enjoy your moment because things will be crazier.
