Namjoon was sitting at his desk typing on his computer, beside him was a cold mug of coffee that was almost empty. His glasses were pushed up into his blonde bleached hair, causing strands to stick up. The glasses started to irritate the bridge of his nose, so now he sat looking at the computer’s screen with his blurry eyes squinted.

The sound of the office door creaking open made Namjoon swiftly lift his head up, causing his glasses to fall down on top of his nose. His fingers froze above the keyboard as he looked at Jin standing in front of the door.

“Are you busy?” Jin asked as he shut the door.

“Not really. I was just looking over the kidnapping case,” Namjoon replied as he took his glasses off, folding them and then laying them on the desk. “Did you need something?”

“I just wanted to talk for a little.”

“About?”

“I know Jungkook is training Sohyun for the restaurant but what about for SK Assassin?”

“I haven’t decided yet. I wanted to see how she interacts with everyone”

Jin furrowed his eyebrows. “Did you even tell her about the assassin part?”

“Um . . . no.”

Jin sighed as he plopped down in one of the brown leathered chairs in front of Namjoon’s desk. “I guess Yoongi in a wig is going to be permanent.” Jin slumped down in the chair, his elbow resting on the chair arm as he placed his hand over his forehead. “Are you sure she’s even capable of handling this type of job? She looks . . . tiny.”

“Jin, you’re one of the tallest members. Of course she looks tiny to you. She’s of average height, she isn’t that short. Besides that, she can be trained just like the rest of us,” Namjoon said.

“Training? The mission is next weekend. We don’t have time for in-depth training. We’re going to have to change the plan you had set out. And how do you expect her to just accept joining SK Assassin? It’s a big decision, Namjoon-”

“Jin, you’re rambling. Don’t worry. I have everything sorted out. I’ll have everything together before the mission.”

Jin nodded, knowing Namjoon was rare to fail, and stood up. He was about to open the door when Namjoon called his name. With his hand on the doorknob, he turned his body slightly to look at Namjoon.

“Yes, Namjoon?”

“I told you my plan would work. Hiring Sohyun as a waitress. It only took two weeks,” Namjoon boasted.

Jin rolled his eyes. “Let’s see how the rest of your plan works out first before you go bragging,” Jin said before walking out.

“Only two weeks!” Namjoon yelled, a playful smile on his face.

“The cash register isn’t too hard to use,” Jungkook said as he pressed a couple of buttons on the cash register.

He looked up to see Sohyun not even paying attention. His eyes moved in the direction that she was staring in. Disappointment ran through his chest and it was noticeable on his face. Her eyes were glued on Jimin.
