"You managed to pull two hotties and I'm still painfully single."

I roll my eyes at Cece as I continue to move my pencil across the paper.

There is something calming about Bubblegum's house that pulls my thoughts away from the fact that Jonathan and the twins are most likely already at Vincent's.

Bubblegum's room smells of incense and looks so different to what I pictured.

While the walls and the surface of basically everything is pink, I didn't envision Bubblegum as a plant mom.

There are plants EVERYWHERE! It's so cottage core.

"Everyone wants to know if it's a closed triad or if you're open to more," Bubblegum grins at us from her place at the table behind the camera.

"They just got together! Allow them be!" Cece shakes her head and I scowl.

"Stay put!"

"Oh! Sorry." She giggles. "How long is this going to take? I'm literally starving!"

"Just stay put!" I sigh.

"So how did you guys become a throuple?" Bubblegum tells us what everyone is asking and I resist the urge the groan.

This was supposed to draw everyone's attention to my art. Draw! I'm so punny! However, they only seem to be interested in is my relationship with the boys.

Did I expect any different? No. Cece warned me. Am I still frustrated? Yes! Yes, I am.

"I dunno. I fell for two guys and somehow, they like me too," I answer with a smile on my face like I care enough about strangers that were canceling me hours ago.

"There's something so beautiful about how simple it was for you. I think everyone should be like that." Cece nods and I pass her a look.

If only she and Jason could just sit down and talk about if they have a future together or not.

Things really don't have to be complicated!

"Oh! ThatOtherPerson wants to know  when you started drawing."

FINALLY!

I stare at the sketch of Cece. It's coming together really lovely and all that's left is her eyes.

I really want to capture that excitement and friendliness she has going on there.

"As a kid, I think. I used to watch my mom - she's an architect - and I used to draw buildings and all of that. Eventually, I realized I prefer drawing people."

The image of my mom looking at my drawing, a huge smile on her face comes to mind and I can't help but grin.

She's perfect!
