Zelink - Family Fluff

(Something random and this is the twilight link and zelda so enjoy)
it has been a 3 years since the event of the twilight princess and link had happily married zelda making them the king and queen of hyrule, they didn't really care for the title and the royalty mainly link but they had to cope with it, they also had 2 kids which was a boy that was 2 years old and his name was henry, henry had his mum's hair and eyes while he looked and acted like his dad, they also had a 1 year old girl named posey and she had her dads hair and eyes while she looked and acted like her mum, the kids were really young so they had no idea they were royalty and link and zelda didn't mind, link and zelda also mostly took care of the kids and only had a nanny if they went out on a date or something royalty related, link and zelda were happy with they new life after the event and today wasn't any different.
it was morning when henry came in the room to see if his parents were awake which they weren't, he then sees posey in her crib happy to see henry so he goes over to her
"hewwo posey" henry says happily
posey just squeaks in reply and henry had to shush her
"quiet posey, mummy and daddy are asleep" henry says quietly and posey gargles
henry then hears a noise and he looks over to see zelda awake
"hello dear, sleep well?" zelda asked her son sounding sleepy
"hewwo mum" henry says as zelda gave him a hug with a kiss on the head "i was a bit lonely being away from you, daddy and posey but i was brave like daddy told me to" he says happily
"good boy" zelda says happily kissing her son on the head again
henry smiles while posey gave off a squeak of happiness and then zelda got up to go to posey
"hello sweetheart" zelda mumbles to posey before kissing her head
posey squeaks then a knock was at the door, it then opens to reveal iiena who was the kid's nanny and a cousin of the late impa
"ah! queen zelda, your awake" iiena says happily to see zelda awake "i came to see if the kids haven't disturbed you and to also say breakfast is ready" she says
"no they didn't iiena and thank you" zelda says then iiena smiles before leaving
"yay breakfast!" henry says happily and zelda giggles as henry
"you go on ahead henry as i got to wake daddy up" zelda says and henry nods
"ok mummy" henry says and he bolts out the door
zelda smiles then she puts posey back in her crib before going to link, she then starts pepper kissing him which causes him to stir and then he opens his eyes to see zelda
"hello handsome" zelda says happily seeing her husband awake
"hello beautiful, sleep well?" link says and asks
"sure did, our son was here a moment ago but went off to have breakfast" zelda says and she giggles "you know he's gained your love of food"
"ha, that what you get when you have a baby or 2 with me" link says as a joke "one of them will gain things from me like my love of food" he adds
zelda giggles again then link gives her a long lazy kiss before he pulls away and gets up, he then goes over to posey and picks her up
"hello little princess" link says affectionly and giving posey a kiss on her head
posey giggles and zelda cuddles link from behind
"come on king link, we got food to eat" zelda says as a joke and kisses link's cheek
"can't i say hi to my daughter?" link says jokenly annoyed as zelda goes to the door
"yes but your son is waiting for us and you know how inpatient he is" zelda says and she walks out the door
link then looks at posey after zelda leaves and he shakes his head before going after her with posey in his arms, they then make it to the dinner hall where henry was waiting at his table with a plate full of food
"there you are! i was thinking you fell back to sleep" henry says happy to see his parents and posey
"no i had to wake your daddy up" zelda says stroking henry's hair after she goes over to him "you can start eating now"
"yay i'm hungry" henry says and he tucks in to his food
zelda then sits down and link puts posey in her high chair before sitting next to zelda, link and zelda then have their food while the nanny iiena was feeding posey
"hey daddy?" henry says "can we visit jet today?" he asks
"sure, i know how much you love him" link replies happily and henry smiles
jet was a pony and the son of link's horse epona and zelda's horse ivan, jet was a mixture of his mother's fur and his father's so the fur ended up being brown and white and all spotty, link also needed to check on epona since she was heavily pregnant with her second foal, jet was born when henry was 3 months old and jet was a speedy boy, he was named by henry and they have been inseparable ever since henry first met jet
"be careful, ok" zelda says to henry
"i will mummy" henry replies happily "don't worry about me, i'm a brave boy" he says knowing that epona was pregnant
"i know that dear" zelda says happily
"you ready to go to the stables, sport" link says after his plate was empty and he finished his drink
"yes dad, let's go" henry says and he runs off
link then got up and he started to walk away when posey squeaks
"i think posey wants to go too" zelda says as link turns to the baby
link then goes to the baby who finished her food and link picks her up
"you want to come with me and henry to see the horses?" link asks posey who squeaks happily in reply "ok, you can come too...see you later, honey" he says and he leaves
zelda then gets up after her finished dinner and she sighs happily
"king link sure is a good dad" iiena says
"he sure is" zelda says happily "you are dismissed now iiena" she says calmly
"thank you queen zelda, have a nice day" iiena says before going off to her nanny room
zelda smiles as she watches iiena go then she goes off to find something to do after she has a bath, link, henry and posey then make it to the horse stables and henry bolts off to jet's pen
"hey jet, it's me" henry says happily seeing the small horse
jet then neighs happily and when henry opens the pen jet rubs his face on henry
"ok jet, calm down" henry says with laughter at jet's affection
jet then stops and he looks at henry on knowing what do they want to do
"let's go play!" henry says happily and jet ninnies happily
they then run off to the horse play area and link watches then run off before turning his attention to epona
"hey girl, how are you feeling?" link says stroking the horse on the nose
'i'm fine, the foal keeps kicking as she wants to come out' epona replies
ever since link gained his wolf power, his ability to talk to animals remained with him so he can understand every animal even his horse, epona also knows that her unborn foal is a girl cause she can sense the gender
"she will soon, you are due any day now" link says happily "so if it's time just call me, i'll be there as fast as i can"
epona thanks link then posey who was in link's arm then reaches her hand out and epona smells her hand, she then licks it causing posey to giggle
'your daughter is very pretty' epona says 'i think her and my daughter will get on well' she adds
"she will" link says with a smirk "i think they will turn out just like henry and jet"
epona smiles then ivan appears
'hello' ivan says happy to see link 'who's that?' he asks looking at posey
'this is posey, ivan' link says 'posey, this is your mummy's horse ivan' he says intrducing each other
posey squeaks happily and she holds her hand out like what she did with epona, ivan then smells then licks posey's hand making her giggle, then henry and jet return
"daddy, what are you talking to epona and ivan about?" henry says as he heard link talking to ivan
"just intrducing then to posey and...did you know that jet is getting a little sister?" he says and whispers to pretend to contain his excitement
"really?!" henry says excited "jet! you're getting a sister!" he says and jet neighs happily "come on, let's think of a name" he says and they run off
jet then comes back and his parents give his affection before he heard henry call him so he ran off again going to henry
"well...i'm going to take posey back to zelda, you take good care of epona, ivan" link says petting ivan
'i will and i've always have so don't worry' ivan says happy and proudly
"ok ivan i trust you" link says happily "see you" he says and he leaves
when he left epona and ivan give affection to each other then they smile
'have you though of a name for her?' ivan asked epona
'no but...i think i'll let posey choose' epona says happily
ivan smiles then he rubs his face agents epona's making her smile, link and posey returned to the castle and they find zelda waiting for them on the bedroom
"hey honey, we're back" link says happily and gives zelda a kiss
"that's nice, how's epona?" zelda replies
"she's at the 'hurry up and come out!' mood but she coping thanks to ivan and jet" link says sitting next to zelda on the bedstill holding posey
"that's good, at least she knows how i feel when i was pregnant twice" zelda says and link smiles
"i think you coped really well" link says giving her a side hug and a kiss on the cheek
"thanks link, you are so caring and this is one of the reasons i love you" zelda says and the put their heads together
"i love you too, love" link says and they have a kiss
after the kiss zelda looks at posey and she grabs her
"did little posey have a good time seeing the horses?" zelda says giving posey love "i bet she did!" she says giving posey pepper kisses which made posey laugh "ok...i think it's time for posey's bath" she says getting up with her baby "so then she can so can look so pretty and cute to have lots of cuddles" she says as she heads to the bathroom "i'll be right back" she says before going in the bathroom
zelda then turns on the bath and made sure it was safe for posey then after filling it to posey's size she sticks posey in the bath
"we are going to make you really clean and then we are going to put on some nice clothes" zelda says as she poured water slowly on posey "so everyone can see how adorable you are" she says and posey squeaks happily
after a while posey finished being washed and her dusty gold hair washed, as she was in the bath playing with bath toys zelda told link to fetch some of posey's clothes for her, link then returns a few minutes later with some clothes for posey and zelda took posey out of the bath, she then dries her and dresses her in the clothes link chose, she then comes out of the bathroom with posey fully dressed
"there she's all washed and dressed" zelda says and she puts posey on the bed
"and she's looks very cute" link says and he snuggles posey to which she loved
"i suggest you have a bath now then i'll go and get henry when you are done" zelda says
"are you suggesting that i'm dirty?" link teased
"no...i'm saying that you should be clean so then people don't call you 'king link the dirty boy'." zelda jokes back making link smile
"ok ok i'm going" link says handing posey to zelda "and if you're going to find henry, he's in the horse play area with jet as they are thinking of a name for jet's sister" he says and he disappears into the bathroom
zelda smiles then she goes off to the kid's playroom so she can leave posey in there while she fetches henry, back with henry and henry was sitting on a pile of hay while jet was stood next to him
"...ugh...i can't think of anything, can you jet?" henry says annoyed he can't think of a name
jet just shook his head as he was stumped too
"wow...i didn't know it was this hard to name something" henry says confused
he then stays silents as well as jet then henry turns his attention to the foal
"so...are you excited to get a sister, jet?" henry asks
jet nods his head happily and then he rubs agents henry's chest
"that's good, you'll be then like me and posey where we'll be the big brothers and posey with this baby horse will be the little sisters" henry says happily stroking jet's mane
jet neighs quietly and henry smiles, then henry sees zelda walking towards him
"oh! hi mummy" henry says happily "what is going on?" he says curious
"what's going on is that it almost time for your bath" zelda says kneeling doen to his level "me, your daddy and your sister have already had theirs and you're the only one who hasn't" she adds
"aww! but mummy, i'm not stinky" henry complains
"but you do smell of horse" zelda says and she pets jet who liked it "now come on, you can come back to jet after you had been washed and dressed"
"ok mummy, i'll be right back jet so stay here" henry says happily and jet responds by sitting down like a dog
henry and zelda then go back inside and after a hour henry returned being very clean and dressed in royalist clothing and jet was happy to see him, henry and jet then played a little more and they were happy, meanwhile a lady stood in front of the castle with kid and they were link's friends ilia and colin
"do you think he still remembers us?" colin asks ilia
lila sighs and before she could answer link runs over to them
"ilia! colin!" link says happy to see the pair "it's nice to see you 2 and wow colin you've grown
in truth link had been so busy being king and for zelda's well-being while having the kids that he forgot to visit his hometown, last time he saw colin he was 8 and now he is 10, ilia on the other hand looked like she hadn't changed she was just wearing a different outfit to look different also she was now 18
"link! i'm so happy to see you again!" colin says giving link a hug
the guards who were there keeping an eye on the pair calmed down as they knew link knew the pair
"i am to colin, i'm sorry i couldn't visit you again after 2 years, a lot has happened" link says sadly then he hears a voice
"daddy!" the voice of henry says coming to him with jet following "jet learnt how to jump over the fence!" he says happily then he spots the pair "who are they daddy?" he asks
both colin and ilia were suprised to see the little child, he was the son of link and the queen zelda and he looked like the pair of them
"henry, jet" link says happily "i like to meet my friends from my hometown, colin and ilia" he says looking at the pair
"hello" henry says and waves while jet neighs
"hi, i'm colin" colin says with a smile
"come on you two, me and henry will show you around the garden" link says and they walk in the garden
"so is he the reason you haven't visited us?" ilia asks link
"not just him, i also have a daughter named posey who is with zelda at the moment" link says "also being king is a big job so i'm sorry if you thought i forgot about you and the kids" he says sounding sad
"it's ok, i know being king is hard, ruling the land and everything" colin says "i like your son" he adds making link smile
"who's the foal?" ilia asks making link turn to her
"he's the son of epona and ivan who is zelda's horse" link says "he has taking a liking to henry and now they are best friends"
"epona had a foal?" ilia says and link nods
"and she having another one which is a girl, i'm hoping that posey will take a liking to her" link explains "and she's also due any day now which epona with ivan, jet and me are excited about...worried but excited"
ilia was speechless, back then link would always accidently make epona have small injures and she would take care of then and now epona was a mother of a colt foal and a soon to be mare foal
"that's cool link, i can now see that jet looks like both his parents" colin says looking at the foal who was next to henry "can you ride him henry?" he asked
"umm...not yet but i have not tried to ride him" henry says with a shrug
"you will soon when jet is ready" link says and henry nods as well as jet "why don't you show colin jet jumping over the fence while i show ilia epona"
"ok daddy" henry says and he goes off with colin and jet
link then goes in the stables with ilia and epona recognises her
'oh it's the lake girl' epona says happily
lila then goes to epona and she strokes her nose, then ivan appears and he gets protective
'who are you?' he says protectly
"it's ok ivan, she's a friend of epona's" link says calming the colt down
'...if you say so' ivan says still in a protection mood but he steps out of the way so lila can see epona
ilia then goes to epona and she smile
"wow...you've grown a lot since we last met 2 years ago and now your a mother" ilia says happily "and you're going to be a mother again...oh i'm so proud of you" she says almost crying tears of joy
'i'm glad you think that lake girl' epona says pleased
ilia then hugs epona's neck and epona was happy, after the hug ilia stepped away and then colin comes back with henry and jet
"link, jet was amazing!" colin says happily "he jumped the fences like he was an expert"
link smiles then he heard giggling, he then turns with everyone else to see zelda with posey
"i see you are having a reunion" zelda says going to link "it's nice to finally meet you colin and ilia"
"oh queen zelda" colin says suprised "it's nice to meet you too"
"please call me zelda since your both a friend of link" zelda says happily and link then takes posey
"ilia, colin, this is posey, my daughter" link says and colin was happy
"i like her" colin says happily then looks at henry "i have a sister too who is 2 now"
"i'm 2 too" henry says happily and colin laughs
"what is your sister's name colin?" zelda asks
"her name is lucy" colin says happily "she's was born after link saved the world"
"well i hope you take care of lucy" zelda says "she's important to you"
"i know and i am, i'm hoping to grow up to protect her like what you did for everyone link" colin says looking at link
"i'm sure you will colin" link says happily and posey squeaks happily
"how old is posey?" ilia asks
"she's one and a half while henry is two and a half" link says "so that means posey will sooner or later start wanting to walk and talk"
"aww!" ilia says "what was henry's first word?" she asks curious
"it was daddy" zelda says and link smirks
"really? cool!" colin says happily "mommy says mine was mama"
they all laughed and then ilia decided it was time for her and colin to go, they then left and link was with posey and henry in the horse play area while zelda had a meeting to attended as she was also part of the council, link was sitting on a pile of hat with posey on her lap while henry was playing chase with jet, posey was watching them play and it made her squeak happily
"do you want a horse posey?" link asked his daughter who squeaks with her hands going in the air "well...you might be getting one really soon and i swear you'll love her like how your brother loves jet" he says and posey makes happy baby noises
link smiles and he bounces posey on his lap while he watches henry and jet play, a bit later link sees that posey was getting tired as it was almost her nap time and he heads walks over to henry who was still playing with jet
"henry, were going in now since it's posey's naptime, i'll be in the living room of you need me ok?" link says and rubs henry's brown hair
"ok daddy" henry says happily and link with posey leave henry with jet "come on jet" he says and he goes off with jet
a while later zelda had returned from her meeting and she finds link fast asleep with an asleep posey on his chest, she smiles on how cute it was then she went off to check on henry, as she walked down the hallway to the stables she sees henry running to her with a worried face making her confused
"mummy! it's bad, epona has fallen over in pain" henry says worried and zelda know that epona was going into labour
"ok don't worry, i'll deal with her" zelda says worried but calm "you go either go into the playroom or stay in the play area with jet" she suggested
"i'll stay with jet then i'll get daddy when epona is ok" henry says and they go off to the stables
when they get there zelda goes in the stables while henry stays with jet outside, zelda then sees epona was lying on the floor in labour
"shh, it's ok epona" zelda says stroking epona's head "i'm here" she says calmly
epona felt calm and then ivan places his head on epona's neck as he was worried for her, meanwhile outside and both henry and jet were worried for epona
"i hope she's ok..." henry says worried and jet neighs in worry
back in the living room a hour later link wakes up and he looks around, he then sees posey on his chest and he strokes her blond hair causing her to wake up
"hello baby girl" link says tired by happily to posey who babbles tiredly
he smiles and he kisses posey on the head as she babbles then henry comes in the room
"daddy! come with me!" henry says happily
"why? what happened?" link says tiredly
"epona has had her baby" henry says happily which made link sit up "and mummy helped her"
link was suprised that zelda helped epona give birth and he smiled
"ok, let's see this foal" link says holding posey and they all go off to the stables, when they get there they see zelda who was petting ivan and epona was tending to her newborn female foal
"hi dear" link says going to zelda "i heard you helped epona"
"yeah...i was going to visit henry when he came to me and told me that epona was lying on the ground, i then knew she was giving birth and i helped her as well as ivan" zelda explains
"thank for helping her, i was asleep with posey" link says and zelda kisses him
"i know you were i saw you before i went to find henry" zelda says "you were adorable"
"but i'm handsome" link says jokenly
"and that too" zelda teases back making then both smile
"mummy, daddy look at the baby horse" henry says pointing to the foal
they look over at the newborn foal and it was completely different to what jet was, her fur was a caramel brown and she had white on her hooves, mane, tail and a little love heart on her face, she was also sitting on the floor not trying to stand up yet
"aww, she's beautiful" zelda says seeing the foal
"yeah...look posey" link says going over to the foal and showing posey "this is your new friend"
posey looks at the foal and the foal looks back at her, posey then smiles and she sticks her hand out, the foal then sniffed her hand then she moves her head so posey was petting her, posey squeaks happily and link smiles knowing that the pair were going to be best friends like henry was with jet
"so got any names for her?" zelda asks henry and link
"umm...no" henry says shaking his head sadly and jet also shakes his head
"i don't neither" link says with a shrug
'i think she should be called caramel' link heard ivan says and posey also heard him
"...cal-mel?" posey says making everyone look at her
"did she say...caramel?" zelda says and link nods
"cal-mel! cal-mel!" posey says happily and everyone grins
"well...i guess her name is caramel" link says happily and he puts posey on the ground
posey then hugs the now named caramel and she reponds by rubbing her head agent posey's
"i think...she has gained my ability to talk to animals" link says to zelda
"why?" zelda says and link looks at ivan
"i heard ivan say the name caramel and then posey says it" link says looking back at zelda again "i didn't know my curse could be passed down but...looks like it did" he says with a stretch
"that's a good thing i guess" zelda says cuddling link "she can now be like those princesses in those movies where they are kind, sweet and talk to animals" she joked
"true but...i hope she has a bigger personality then those princesses since they end up being damsels in distress...you weren't though" link says happily
"i'm glad you think so" zelda says and the pair have a quick kiss
they then look back at the kids with their foals and jet was visiting caramel, they have a smell then jet get happy and snuggles caramel to which she was happy about, after jet steps away and zelda picks up posey epona goes over to caramel and nudges her to get up
'come on caramel, you have to stand up so you can eat' epona says calmly
'yeah come on sis, you have to stand up, it's fun' jet says happily
but caramel didn't want to stand up and it was worrying link, zelda, ivan, epona, jet and even posey, posey then wiggles so she can be put down and zelda puts her back with caramel thinking that posey might help her, posey then did something unexpected and she stands up using jet as support, everyone gasps and then caramel copies, she then got use to standing up after some wobbling then she went to eat from her mother
"you did great posey, we're so proud of you" zelda says and she gave kisses to posey to which made her laugh
"mummy...daddy" posey says happily and they were shocked making then more happy
"can you say henry, posey?" henry says as he felt left out
"hen...ny" posey says "henny!" she repeats happily
henry shrugged at posey's miss saying of his name and then he goes to jet
"how about jet?" henry asks
"...jet" posey says happily after thinking about it
"good job posey, you're getting the hang of it" zelda says happily making posey laugh again
"i think...she was always able to walk and talk" link says suspicious of his daughter "she just didn't want to do it straight away"
"i think you're right" zelda says looking at link then back at posey "you're so cheeky"
posey just laughs then they hear the nanny iiena say it was dinner time, they then go in, have dinner and then the kids were put into bed and link and zelda decided that posey should move into her own room which was shared with henry's room, they put the crib in her room then put her inside
"goodnight posey" zelda says giving her a kiss "i'm so proud of you" she adds
"mummy" posey says tiredly
"i love you sweetheart, goodnight" zelda says after putting posey in her bed
"love...you" posey says happily then falls asleep
zelda smiles then she goes over to link and henry
"night henry, you look after your sister ok?" link says
"i will dad, i promise i'll be the best big brother ever" henry says with determination
"that's great sport" link says and he kisses henry in his head
he then gets up and zelda also kisses henry on the head before leaving then to sleep, henry was about to settle down but then he realised that he was lonely so he goes over to posey's crib, grabs her without disturbing her and takes her to his bed, he then closes his eyes cuddling her and she felt safe
"love...you...henny" posey says before falling asleep again and henry smiles
they then fall asleep together and they had dreams about their horses, meanwhile link and zelda were getting ready for bed
"i can't believe what happened today, first ilia and colin come over, then epona has her baby and then posey walks and talks all on this day" zelda says somewhat shocked
"i know right" link says as he get to bed next to her "today was a rollercoaster"
link and zelda smile then they hear a knock on the door, the door then opens to reveal iiena
"hey umm...this isn't important but i thought i should tell you, henry is asleep cuddling posey" iiena says shyly "i went to check on them and i saw henry take posey out of her crib and take her to his bed, they then fall asleep happy with each other's company" she informs
"aww! that's cute" zelda says happily "thanks for telling us iiena"
"your welcome, night queen zelda and king link" iiena says with a wave then she shuts the door
"he is definitely going to be a great big brother" link says happily
"i did remember him saying this morning that he was lonely in the night" zelda says "so now that we moved posey in with him, he want to be with her so he doesn't feel lonely"
"i'm so glad on what happened today" link says with a smirk
"me too...i love you link" zelda says lovenly
"i love you too zelda" link replies and they have a kiss
after the kiss they felt tired and they go to sleep happy to be with each other and they have a dreamless sleep
