Grounder | An Anya Love Story

*Recap*

I move around and look at the room the bed is right in the middle of the room there was a mirrior and dresser. I layed in the bed and reakised this is my new life. I am now a grounder in the eyes of my people and im a wanna be in the eyes of the grounders.

*Marias POV*

The next morning I was woken up early by Lexa barging into my room, she pulled my covers off "Come you have alot to learn today." With that she left. I looked around the room there was a set of clothes left on the end of my bed. Quickly I got dressed amd raced to the room Lexa took me to yesterday. When I got there, there was Lexa on the throne and twelve people standing around her in the room.
"Oh good you made it ok. Maria these are the ambassadors to the clans, each one has offered to help you in some way to better aqant yourself into our culture. Not all of them are happy about this so tread lightly do you understand?" All eyes were on me. I lookedup at Lexa "Yes Commander, I understand." She gave me a quick smile.
"Now come you must be starved we will start after we eat something." She stood up and grabbed my hand pulling me out the the room. "We are going to teach you six things, two people will teach you for each subject. You will learn our language, how to fights and how to battle, they are diffrent. We will teach you our ways of life, each clans diffrent way of living and how to hunt. I will teach you politics." She looked at me before walking outside "That doesnt mean people will accept you as our own. They will know, we can teach you but it will never be the same." She stopped infront of a stand  and started talking to the woman. Once she was done the other woman nodded and softly said 'sha Heda'.
"Lexa?" She gives me a small hum in response while she watches the woman. "What does Heda mean?" She stops and looks at me before looking at the woman again.
"Heda means Commamder. Nina and Thomas will be teaching you Trigedaslang. When you are done eating we will go back and I will introduce you to everyone, then you will start your training." She takes the food from the woman and gives her a small nod in thanks before she turns to me and gives me the food "Eat and start walking."
Lexa walks away without even waiting for me to fallow. I give the woman a small thank you before rushing after her. "Once we get back to the room you will meet each ambassador and some of my closest trusties. As you are now my second I will be over seeing as much of your training as I can but I do have a duty to my people to run and protect us so I will not be there for everything. When we are in big meetings you will stand to the right of my seat and will say nothing unless spoken too. Do you understand?" She turns and looks at me as we are about to enter the room.
"Yes, I understnad." She gives a small nod and goes to open the door nefore she can I grab her hand. "Lexa I want to look for my friends and Anya. I cant do it alone." She looks at me amd lets out a sigh.
"Maria I cannot send out a search party for skypeople, it just isnt something I can do. When I think you are ready you can go look youself though. I have full trust that you can do this by yourself. Now lets go in before people start to worry alright?" She puts her hand on my shoulder and gives my forehead a small kiss. "Im sure everyone is alright let us just worry about making sure you are safe wherever you go." With that she walked in the room leaving me there. 
Everyone kneeled down on one knee as she walked by, slowly I fallowed behind her and stood where she told me too. "Maria is taking place as my second." And with those words the whole room fell into rage.
"She cannot be your second she is a skyperson!"
"Why is she even here!"
"You shouldve killed her when you saw her. You risk everything by bringing her here!"
Lexa stood up "Enough! She will be my second and I brought her here as a favor to an old friend. You will all help her integrate her way into our culture do you understand?" A corse of 'sha heda' went through the room.
"Good now one by one you will come up here, you will tell us your name and your clan. Understood?" With that the line started and they started their introductions.
There was Nina of Azgeda, Thomas of Sankru, Luke of Yujleda, Jammie of Ouskejon Kru, Terra of Trikru, James of Delfikru, Archer of Trishana Kru, Anan of Podakru, Urke of Ingranrona Kru, Tiga of Boudalan Kru, Ovid of Floukru, Adela of Louwoda Kliron.
After everyone introduced themselves Lexa dismissed us all telling us that we will start tomorrow. Once everyone was gone she walked me down to my room making small talk here and there, she bid me a goodnight and walked away. Once in my room I really looked around it before going to sleep.
