Recap

Raven hugged me tightly, not knowing what to do I hugged her back my eyes going back over to Lexa who looked slightly impressed while some of the men behind her were giving me this look that I could figure out.

Maria 

We all quietly made our way back to the camp, my hand interlocked with Anyas and the glares of the guards on my back. "How did you know how to do that." Lexa suddenly asked me. I watched her, she didn't seem fazed at all. 

"Well on the ark I was trained in many different stations my father was one of the leaders and with my back ground there was no way that they would elect me into being a leader. Most people are born into what station they work on so they had me work in multiple to know what I was good at. Engineering was my thing, well that and medical." This really caught her attention.

"You know medicine." I looked at Anya then back at her with a 'are you serious look' 

"Lexa you've watched me patch myself and a ton of other people up like it was nothing. You knew I knew medicine." 

She went quiet not saying a word after that, we made our way back to the camp in the eire quiet. "Maria come with me." Anya gave me a side look before she went in the direction of our tent, squeezing my hand before completely leaving. I fallowed Lexa into her tent. "You cant go to Polis I need you here." 

"What do you mean I cant go to Polis, what about the boys. The people. It was set up Lexa"

"The boys will be fine, and the job can be postponed. I need you here. You obviously know their weapons and I'm assuming you also know how to disarm them and hurt them and what they use if needed." I stared at her in shock. 

"Lexa, I know things but not enough." I tried to reason with her. "I can cut their electricity, I can set up some parts to help us, I can use their weapons. But Lexa I cannot destroy them from the inside I know that's what you're asking of me and I cant do that I'm not smart enough." 

"Well you have to try. Before Finns death you will be cast out of the camp. You will become their people again, at whatever means necessary. Infiltrate so we can crush them. You will leave tonight, some people are going to come in and make it look like we kicked you out." That was it that was final. I was no longer welcomed with my family

"Lexa" the desperation in my voice was very clear to her I could see it on her face. "Please Lexa don't make me do this. They wont take me back they hate me they have always hated me." She sighed before putting one hand on my shoulder and the other wiped a tear off on my face. I didn't even know I was crying until she did this. 

"It will be ok, I promise. You will always have a home here. With me, with Anya, Aden and James. We are your family and we will always be there for you. Now go say your goodbyes to Anya and write your letter to let the boys know the new plan I will have it sent out before you leave." She kissed my forehead. "I believe that you can do this to help us prevail." 

I wondered out of her tent in a daze, passing by people I could feel their gazes on me but I don't care, my main priority was getting to Anya. I rush my way inside our tent as soon as its in my line of sight, Anyas startled face is what greeted me when I came in. "Maria whats wr-" I kissed her she sat stunned for a couple seconds before her hands were on my waist and she was kissing me back. I roughly pulled her shirt off only disconnecting our lips to fully remove it. Pushing her onto the bed I quickly took my shirt off before kissing her neck. "What are you doing" she panted out as I kissed down her chest. I slowly removed her pants as my mouth made its way down fallowing closely behind the pants. 

"I'm giving you the good bye we never got to finish." Her hands gripped my hair roughly pulling my head up. I thought she was going to stop me, but all she did was push me away so she could stand up. Her lips quickly found mine again before she pushed my back my back hitting the wall as she removed my pants kissing down my body. 

"We are not having a good bye because we will see each other again. Now tell me what is happening." She completely pulled away from me. Her body heat gone along with everything it was giving me. 

"Lexa is sending me to their camp to spy. I don't know when I'll be back but I needed to see you. One last time before they threw me out." She nodded in understanding before kissing me again. "That means I can't see you" she hummed in response moving to my neck "If I see you, we cant be friendly" don't my stomach "Lexa has to hate me you have to hate me" my hip "The boys wont even know what is happening and why I'm not going to Polis" she paused before kissing the inside of my thigh "and yet everyone at the camp hates me." Her mouth moved up the inside of my thigh. 

"I love you" was all she whispered to me.
