My heart stops. Why is Liam here?
"CONNOR!" I yell as loud as possible.
"I came here to apologize Callie," Liam says.
Before I can respond Connor comes in. He immediately gets mad.
"GET OUT!" Connor yells at Liam.
"I came to apologize," Liam tries to defend himself.
"I don't want to hear it," Connor says.
Liam seems genuinely upset, and like he actually wants to apologize.
"Wait," I say, "Lets hear what he has to say.
Connor gives me the you're crazy look, but ignore.
"Im sorry, I shouldn't have pushed you and Connor,
and I shouldn't have spiked Connor's drink," Liam says.
"You think that just because you apologized you can get away with it Liam?" Connor says furious.
"No, you don't have to accept it. It's just the right thing to do, apologize for putting you and your family through this."
The room goes silent. I'm definitely not ready to accept his apology. No way.
"It turns out I'm bipolar, so that's why I freak out and do bad things. I'm taking medication now, so I should be fine. Again I just wanted to apologize for my actions."
"We forgive you," I say.
"Yeah, we can just start on a clean slate, and i'm sorry for beating you up," Connor says.
"You had every right to beat me up, after everything I ddi to you, hell I would beat myself up," Liam says.
That got us all laughing. We ended up talking and Liam actually seems like a nice guy. He is very goofy, and not seem rude, but a little gay. I'm not going to mention it to Connor just in case.
