So I'm changing the story to first person because the quick little imagine sort of turned into an actual fanfic, so its much easier to write this way :)

Y/F/N is now Sarah

Y/N is now Hope

"Okay, I'll see you in a few hours," I say, hanging up the phone.

Now that I am six months pregnant, Sarah is going to fly up to tell me the gender of your baby. I've been away from home for two months now. But I don't mind, because there's nothing there for me without Luke.

I don't plan on being at the hospital for very long today because after finding out the gender we'll probably all just stay in the suite for the rest of the day and celebrate. I sit with the boys in Luke's hospital room, tapping my legs and fiddling with my fingers.

Dr. Wentz said that Luke's lungs have begun responding to the treatments, and that the infection hasn't yet gotten smaller, but it has not grown in the past few weeks either.

Ashton comes over to the bench at the side of the room and sits down beside me on the small couch. "What do you want it to be?" he asks, trying to distract me to calm my nerves.

"To be honest I have no clue what I want it to be."

"Why are you so nervous then?" I think back to the conversation with the nurse, obviously she knows something you don't know.

"I'm not sure," I say. He laughs then puts his arm around your shoulder.

"Well what ever it is, it sure as hell is going to be one beautiful baby." I smile at him in thanks, then check the clock on the wall, Sarah's flight will be landing in an hour.

"Guys, we've gotta go pick up Sarah, everyone's coming?" All of them stand and eagerly stumble out or the room in excitement.

The car ride feels painfully long, but as soon as I am at the airport, it feels like it went by much too fast.

It was two months ago that I was last in an airport, I remember waiting at the gate, for four boys, but only three came out.

Thankfully this is a different airport, otherwise the memory might have been a bit overwhelming.

We all stand at the gate, but the boys stay at least twenty feet away. Nowadays I have to wear sunglasses and a hat and in crowded places keep a distance from the boys.

I hate doing this, I hate hiding and keeping it all a secret, but the fans can't know yet, not until Luke's awake.

A month ago the boys had to do an interview telling the world what happened to Luke. It was painful, it almost felt like our privacy was being invaded, which is basically what happened. It's basically what happens in most interviews. Being famous is not at all what it's made out to be.

The press wanted to get an interview with me as well, but the boys wouldn't allow it, I would not have done it anyways.

People start unloading the plane, and I keep an eye out for Sarah. She spots me before I get a chance to spot her, and practically screams.

"Sarah!" I yell, then I draw back, obviously failing at laying low. She embraces me in a tight hug and I give the boys a thumbs up, letting them know that they can start heading back to the car.

"Oh my god you're huge!" she teases. For a moment I am almost offended, but then I remember that I am pregnant and let out a giggle.

"Yep! This baby's a big one." I head outside and Ashton pulls the car around and I slide into the back while Sarah puts her bag in the trunk and slides in next to me.

"Hey guys," she says.

"Hey Sarah," they say in unison. Ashton drives quickly back to the hotel and hurries us to the room. He must be even more excited than I am, despite the fact that is probably impossible.

He's practically yelling at Michael to hurry up and unlock the door, and once it's opened he shoves us all in and we all take our seats in the living room, looking expectantly at Sarah.

"Okay! Okay! Hold on." She opens her bag and reaches inside, pulling out a box wrapped in shimmering silver paper, and topped with a white bow.
