Hey guys, so this is the sequel to Bite As Hard As You Want. I didn't plan on writing a sequel, but turns out I left it at a slight cliffhanger.

I'm sorry beforehand if I won't be updating too often. I'm working on another fanfic right now as well, it's called Feel. Check it out, if you want. I mean, I want you to check it out.

BAHAYW was mainly about Vic and Kellin. This one will focus more on Vic and Jaime being friends, but don't worry, Kellin will be in here, this is a kellic after all.

Alright my lovely readers, the fun begins.

Chapter 1

Vic's P.O.V.

I'm seriously terrible at multitasking. I'm drinking coffee, pumping as much caffeine into my veins, while I text Jaime and try to get Mike's lazy ass off the couch. Of course, Mike is ignoring me and yelling along to whatever he's listening to. I text back Jaime as quickly as I can and drink the last of the coffee.

It's been six months since Jaime woke up and since Kellin broke up with me. Six full, healthy months. Jaime has been making a lot of progress in rehabilitating, both his memory and his injuries. The physical damage is mostly healed, though he has to visit a physio therapist once a week. The memory loss is a slower problem, but he's getting somewhere with it.

"Fuck, Mike, get off the couch!" I yell at my brother, practically having to pull off his headphones. Mike glares at me and turns off his music.

"Jeez, Vic, I'm up, I'm up!" He says as he stands up, sighing in exasperation. "Why do we have to go to this party anyways?" I roll my eyes. Mike can really be a pain in the ass.

I flick him on the forehead. "Because, idiot, Jenna wants to celebrate her and Jaime officially being back together again. Also, it's her birthday." Mike groans, throwing his hands up into the air.

"I don't care about her relationship with Jaime." Mike immediately shuts up, because sure, he doesn't have to care about the relationship in general. It's just Jaime actually remembering the relationship that's someting he should at least care about. Yeah, Jaime knew that him and Jenna were dating, but he couldn't ever remember it actually happening. So he told Jenna that he didn't want to put her through anything hurtful just because he couldn't remember the relationship. He promised her, as soon as he regained memory of it, he would date her again. So here we are.

"Just get changed." I tell Mike, who nods and goes to his room to change without a single protest. I head to my room to get changed as well. It's not a fancy party, thank god, but I want to look nice. I'm celebrating the fact that my best friend is recovering.

I walk back into the hallway to find Mike mumbling to himself. He really is a pain. I tug him outside to my car, where he plops down into the seat and doesn't talk the whole way there. Asshole.

Once we get to Jenna's house, I'm a little surprised that the street is jam packed with cars, all lining up to get a spot nearest Jenna's place. She said she would be inviting friends and family, but seriously, I didn't know she is this popular. Of course, I will never know that because the popularity radar never talked about my existence. Why would anyone want to be popular anyways?

"Grab the gift, Mike." Mike groans and grabs the gift for Jenna. She insisted that she doesn't want any gifts, but when people say that, it means they want gifts. We walk up to the front door and ring the door bell. When the door opens, we're greeted by an unfamiliar face.

The girl standing there has straight blonde hair and a very pretty face. She holds out her hand for Mike and I to shake. "Hey, the name's Jenna. Jenna McDougall. You must be Vic and his brother." I nod my head as she lets us through the door. "Sorry, I'm on door duty. You can call me Jen, by the way. Jenna and I knew each other from her old school, we were really close friends. Not just because we have the same name, for the record. So you get it used to it." We both nod as she leads us through the hallway. After we find the gathering crowd, she splits from us to go sit with some other people. Mike tugs on my sleeve so he can whisper to me.

"Goddamn, she's hot!" He says, gawking at Jen. I roll my eyes.

"Sure Mike, she's pretty, but she's too old for you." I say with as much big brother authority as possible. Mike just mocks my eye roll in response.

"Um, no she isn't," Mike says sassily, "And second of all, you're into guys, so you don't find her as attractive as I do. Which just means that you don't have a say in the matter." And with that, he goes off to do his own thing, which is probably staring at Jen's boobs without anyone noticing.

I spot Jenna and Jaime, who are both sitting on the couch talking to what looks like a group of Jenna's relatives. I think Jaime notices me standing there awkwardly, because he says something to Jenna and comes over to me. He grins at me and I grin back, and he pulls me in for a quick hug.

When he pulls away, he pats me on the shoulder. "Thanks for coming, man."

"Wouldn't miss it for the world." I follow him to where he was sitting with Jenna. I tell Jenna happy birthday and she hugs me in response. I introduce myself to her family, who are very nice people. We talk about a lot of things, and though I've never liked big social gatherings, I'm actually enjoying myself. Maybe it's just because Mike looks so damn pedophilic sitting there all alone, sipping his soda while watching Jen like a hawk. Maybe it's just how nice everyone is. They're all so real. You can count on Jenna to have friends and family that you can actually have a conversation with. Or maybe it's because I'm here with my best friend. He's fucking alive and well, and he's happy. Sure, he might not remember everything, but he will in time.

And I'm going to help him remember.

Mike and I get home late after the party. Mike is yawning, but he's constantly telling me that he's not tired whatsoever. He's also been blabbing on and on about Jenna McDougall and how flawless she is. He really is into her, but too bad for him, because it's never going to happen. He can crush on her all he wants, but she's too old for him and she's obviously not into him.

"Come on, Vic, she so likes me." Mike insists as he bounces around. I just push him in the direction of his bedroom.

"You barely even talked to her." I point out, and Mike scoffs.

"We have a connection. There's no need for talking." I chuckle under my breath as he goes into his room. We exchange goodnights and he shuts his door. I go back to the kitchen, pouring myself a glass of water. I think about how the party went, and it was a success. We toasted to Jaime's well being, though we weren't allowed any alcohol, and we celebrated Jenna's birthday. It was perfect really. It was just a casual, laid back get together.

A part of me wishes Kellin had been there. I know that's impossible, he's all the way with his dad and we haven't spoken for such a long time. But it would have been nice to have him by my side, holding hands or just being there as friends. I wish our experience together could have been better for him. I still feel a little bit guilty about that, but I know that he understands. I hope he's doing good. I hope it isn't hell for him.

I drain the last of the water from my glass and refill it so that I have something for the night. I want to go to bed, but I'm actually not tired at all. So I sit on the couch in the livig room and decide to watch some late night TV for a little while. I go through some channels, but find nothing. I settle on some old Supernatural reruns.

That's when I hear a loud knock on the door. Who would be knocking so late at night. I groan, but I don't get up to answer it. Whoever it is, it's too late for them to be here and it's probably not important. My family is asleep and I am just too lazy to care.

The person on the other side of the door knocks again, louder. If they knock any louder, they'll wake up my parents, which is something I don't want. I sigh in annoyance and go to open the door. When I open it, my breath catches in my throat and I can't speak a single word. Why is here? What is he doing here? I don't ask him these things because I'm frozen in shock. He looks at me with pure desperation in his eyes, adjusting the straps of his backpack on his shoulders.

"Can you let me in?" Kellin asks.
