Wanda was right. Training is hell.

That is my exact thought when Natasha slams me to the ground for the tenth time in a row. This time, I land on my back and the air is knocked out of me. I quickly get up because if I stay down too long, my "enemy" will use it to their advantage. AKA: more pain.

When Nat sees me get up, she finally calls a time out, "I think that's enough for today," She turns her head to Steve, Thor, Clint, and Wanda. Who have all been put on the duty of making sure she doesn't kill me, "Should I end here for today? I personally think an extra hour wouldn't hurt, but you people seem obsessed over this entire 'they're only fifteen' concept."

Steve rolls his eyes, "I think that's enough for today, Nat."

"No, No," cuts in Thor, "You people are going too soft on the Spiderling! We need a warrior! Not a pansy!"

That earns him a swift punch from Wanda. He doubles over and she speaks, "You weren't expecting that. Should we put you in there with Agent Romanoff? Without armor, use of powers, or weapons of course," he shakes his head and she seems satisfied, "That's what I thought. Ray has been working from 6 A.M. to 9 P.M. for the past three days," she turns her head to Natasha, "letting them off an hour early won't hurt anything."

Natasha nods her head and turns to Clint. Who just shrugs like he could care less, but noticing Wanda's pointed look, he decides it's best to answer, "Yeah, let the kid live a little." He keeps his eye on Wanda, making sure he didn't say anything wrong. He must have been in the clear because Wanda stopped sending out threatening looks in every direction and now had a small smile on her lips.

Natasha nodded her head, "Okay Ray. You did half decent today. Tomorrow, come dressed in your suit. We'll start training with powers and gear."

"Got it," I answered. And I was out of there.

Well, almost out of there.

"Oh, and Ray!" Came a voice behind me.

I reluctantly look back into the training room. It was Wanda. "Yes?"

"If you're looking for your boyfriend, he's on floor 15. Just a heads up," She tells me.

I'm about to ask why, but she gives me a look and I realize that is she knew, she would tell me. "Thanks," I say. And then I head to the elevators.

"Friday, take me to floor fifteen."

"Yes MX Parker." ((its pronounced 'Mikz' for those who were wondering))

I smile at the correct honorific, "Friday, who updated my addresses in your programming?"

"That would be Mr. Stark, Ray."

"Tell him said thank you," I said as I got off the elevator.

The floor was mostly empty, except for a few late-workers and janitorial staff. I walk by all of the cubicles, trying to find my idiot. It didn't take me long before I found him sitting at a desk, working on an Excel Spreadsheet, "So..." I catch his attention, "They've got you... working now?"

He swivels the chair around to find me, and he smiles, "Well, Pepper said that they needed help with some Stark Industry things... So I volunteered," he shrugged. Looking at his watch, he raised an eyebrow, "You're out early."

I grab his hand, "I'll tell you about it later, but I'm starving and need a shower. Can we please go back to the apartment?"

"Just a second," he laughs, turning around. He logs off of the computer and puts his notepads and books away. When he's done, he turns to me, "Okay, Needy, let's find you a shower. You stink."
