Kanchan, how are you doing?

It's still very cold here, as spring come by its name only. The cold days will still continue, I guess. How's there? I guess it's the same. But it's a good thing that we have everything that keep us warm, right? Our families, our friends, our passions, our spirit, and a nice hot chocolate (lol).

It's been two years since the last time I met Kanchan. I wonder how much Kanchan changed by now. Kanchan must be grew to be even more pretty! As for me, I put on weight more. But didn't people say that it's a sign of prosperity and happiness? (lol).

But I am happy.

I'm happy that I can be together with my family here. I'm happy that I have a lot of friends here. I'm happy that I'm dating a cute boy here. But don't ask me how he is! He's so clumsy and weak at sports. Kanchan is a hundred times waaay cooler than him! (lol).

I hope Kanchan also happy.

A good girl like Kanchan deserves happiness. Bad thing always comes, but it always goes also. And a beautiful things will start to replace it. Just like this cold weather. As the spring approaching, the swallow bird will start to come. And the pink cherry blossom will bloom again.

I believe that whatever hurdles that Kanchan is facing, Kanchan can overcome it! Because Kanchan is a strong girl. And because Kanchan have many friends who care for Kanchan. I'm sorry things had to go the way it were between us. But my support for Kanchan is always true. I always treasure our moments together. I hope Kanchan feel the same too.

Hyewon once again read the letter on her hand with a smile on her face. She then folded it and put it back into its envelope before took it back to her coat's pocket. Minju who sit beside her in the spectator bench looked at her with a curious look.

"Do you bring that letter with you anytime?"

"No. Because it's the final match, today. I bring it as a charm."

Minju nodded without a sound.

"Pledis High is a strong opponent, no?" Jiheon, their junior who sit behind them, asked a question to Hyewon. Hyewon nodded.

"Yeah. It's their first time in final, but they have a scary track record along this tournament. It will be a tough match."

"Who's the key player?"

"Lee Kaeun. She's the real deal. A very strong pitcher. You can say she's the one who carried Pledis this far in the tournament. But somehow it's her first participation in the event. Definitely will be her last, though. She's a third grader." Hyewon replied.

Suddenly her gaze stopped at a group of girls that tried to find seats, few rows across of her. Minju elbowed her and gave her a smirk.

"Shouldn't you join them?" Minju jerked her head.
