Secret's Out - Naruto

"What?"

No. Way.

Naruto couldn't believe that his beloved Sensei would keep something this big from Team 7.

"But, why wouldn't you tell us?"

Kakashi Sensei put an arm gingerly around his wife as she nuzzled him lovingly. Naruto couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy.

"I have a lot of enemies, Naruto. I would never put her in danger because of me. Also, Mizuka and Sakura are sisters, so that would have changed the dynamic of the squad."

Mizuka got up and headed to the kitchen, making an ice pack.

"Sakura never mentioned that she had a sister."

"Yeah, that's the other thing. She doesn't know. That's a long story, and not one for today."

Mizuka returned and lowered Kakashi's sheets. She raised his undershirt to reveal a bruised, swollen, and chakra stitched stomach. She put a towel on his injuries and laid the ice pack over it as he winced in pain.

"That's going to make the swelling go down, at least. At least you didn't overuse your Sharingan eye, so you'll probably be out of here in a week. I'll send a messenger bird to Lady Tsunade. Naruto, you're more than welcome to stay as well; I can cover for the entire squad. We've got a world class hot spring here, so you can just relax and stay here."

"That sounds awesome!"

"Ino can show you around; she knows all of the good places. And all of the fun people"

Mizuka winked at his, making him blushed. Ino came running back in, Rock Lee in her grip.

"Oh, Sensei! You're awake! That is good!"

Ino plunked Bushy Brow down on the couch, walking to the doorway and standing next to Naruto as Mizuka sat back down on the bed with Kakashi Sensei.

"Secret's out, huh?"

"Yep."

Naruto turned to Ino.

"How long have you known?"

"Since the day I started training in Tenchi. Kakashi Sensei was my escort. I'm surprised it's still a secret in Konoha, because it's definitely not a secret here."

Mizuka laughed.

"Since you two are the only ones not injured, you should get out of here when you have the chance. I'll hold the fort down here. Go have some fun."
