"Go!.... she needs you!"  Atem says to Isra as he duels Isra kisses his cheek then rushes off the dueling arena to go find her sister... once Isra finds Qetesh she says with a cheerful tone "why don't we go visit a friend!?!"  Qetesh turns around and looks at her oddly then smiles and they loop arms and walk off the blimp then disappear and reappear on a yacht in the middle of the ocean where Maximillion Pegasus sat in a deck chair drinking wine his eyes widen when he sees two familiar women who he remembered being only one the last time he saw them "time for a story"  the girls chorus "oh goody!"  Pegasus replies in his usual childlike excited way both girls walk over and lay on either side of his body "I need you to watch over her Maxy Peg!.... she's disappearing and since she can no longer only disappear in spirit.... she's always liked you.... we both do but with her it was.... different!"  Pegasus hears Isra say softly into his heart "she calls herself Qetesh or Qet.... whichever is simpler.... and she needs you and someone else needs me"  Isra tells him in his heart and he nods Isra disappears saying softly into Pegasus' heart "thank you!"  Pegasus smiles as he goes back to listening to Qetesh read his favorite comic in the way the girls always did giving each character their own voice and personality they had always reminded him of his wife with their kind and loving hearts and how they treated him.... when he didn't piss them off.... he knew they were different but he never realized just how different they were until now "can we see her!?!"  Pegasus asks Qetesh nods and soon they found themselves in a spirit like world where Cecilia waited for them seeing Cecilia again and spending time with her brought a happiness to Pegasus that he hasn't felt in many years not since he lost her Isra or Qetesh.... whoever was out during their time with him.... came close but not close enough he was too lost in his desire to keep his promise and bring his love back to him.... "she seems lovely"  Cecilia says softly to Pegasus "oh she is! but no one is as lovely as you my darling!"  Pegasus replies "she must be why this place as it is.... protecting me from the darkness that surrounds this place.... I can feel it trying to enter.... but it never breaks through"  Cecilia says Pegasus gasps "it's alright my beloved you didn't know!"  Cecilia says softly with a smile....

As Qetesh and Pegasus spend time with Cecilia Isra returns to Atem's side where she always has been.... where she belongs.... "she doesn't know where she belongs anymore!"  Atem hears Isra's soft sad voice come from beside him as Seto calls forth his Blue Eyes White Dragon his eyes widen then he turns his head to look at her in surprise as she places her hand in his and says "but I know where I belong!"  and he smiles as the BEWD attacks his Gazelle "your turn brother!"  Isra whispers into her own heart as she places her hand over Atem's and they draw the next card together "stand back Kaiba! behold the truth! I know you saw the same visions that I did! and I'm about to prove it Kaiba! that's right.... you and I battled each other 5,000 years ago! and now destiny has brought us together once again! it's true! look! I use Monster Reborn to bring back a monster from my graveyard! the servant of the ancient pharaoh-- The Dark Magician!"  Atem says Seto gasps in surprise it hurt that Isra returned to Atem's side but Qetesh was still nowhere to be seen he hoped that keeping his mind on the duel would help dull the pain but he wasn't sure it was working "now Dark Magician! come forth!"  Atem orders and the Dark Magician appears on the field he looks around for his sisters but only sees one "she's with a friend.... she's safe!"  Isra assures him softly he nods then turns his attention back to the duel "Yugi! your move doesn't prove a thing!"  Seto says "Kaiba how can you continue to deny your ancient past?! just look at the field! Blue Eyes White Dragon faces the Dark Magician! the time has come to accept your destiny Kaiba! fate has lead us to battle again!"   Atem replies "Atem.... do you think he lost on purpose!?!"  Isra asks with soft curious tone Atem gasps looking over at Seto and seeing the pain he was trying to hide he could believe it with both Isra and Qetesh lost in their past lives the pain would have been devastating not knowing how or why or even where they went then being told by the queen that their love is dead he couldn't stand the pain when Isra had forgotten him in this time so he could only imagine what Priest Seto was feeling back in his old life or even what he must have been feeling he knew that there HAD to be a victor but why did the priest let himself lose!?! and they both knew that THIS version of Seto would NOT lose "on purpose" whether Qetesh was at his side or not.... "you disappoint me Yugi you're willing to put all your faith in some old folk story how pathetic! who knew you'd take it this far? someone shows you some chicken scratch on an old rock and you use it to dictate your life?! I expected more from you! trust me you're no pharaoh!"  Seto says then he laughs and adds "so stop playing make-believe! you're caught up in the past when you should be concentrating on what's happening right now! and that will be your downfall!"  to his surprise his own mocking started to hurt for he imagined Qetesh getting angry at him calling him Kaiba and slapping his face which once again aroused him as he thought of her and her immeasurable beauty standing at his side "we shall see"  Atem replies "yes as soon as you're knocked out of the tournament! then I'll move ahead to the final round and reclaim my number one dueling status! now let's move on! first I'll place one card face down! then I'll activate my Card of Demise! this magic card allows me to draw until I'm holding five cards.... as long as I discard my entire hand after 5 turns have passed!"  Seto says "is that all you've got?"  Atem asks "he's a strategist.... he observes and learns everything he can about his opponent.... it's gotten him this far.... it even got him a new home after being sent to the orphanage.... but no matter how good he is he doesn't realize that he is "destined" to lose!.... even with everything that has happened.... who his heart chose to love he's still blinded by his own grandstanding ego!"  Isra whispers Atem lets out a short chuckle as Seto says "sorry Yugi but this little strategy of yours is no secret to me so I'm afraid it's not going to work! you're planning to take me down with your two face down cards! well guess what....? I've got a plan too! behold this! a monster that will seal your fate I summon Lord of Dragons! as long as its on the field my Blue Eyes is safe from all magic and trap cards!"  Atem replies "that may be so Kaiba but my Dark Magician is more powerful than your Lord of Dragons!"  Seto says "then go ahead and attack it Yugi!"....

Qetesh stood and watched Pegasus and Cecilia as they acted like they hadn't been apart for as long as they had like everything in the "real world" didn't happen and she had never died Pegasus looks up and saw Qetesh grab her heart as though she was in pain and he rushed over to see if she was alright "I'm fine.... so Cecilia.... have you made your decision!?"  Qetesh asks Pegasus looks at the two women in confusion as Cecilia nods with a smile "do you still have her body!?"  Qetesh asks Pegasus Pegasus looks at her confused but nods "you may not see them but they are there!.... we may be one but we still share almost everything.... and the powers of our tattoos is one of them!"  Qetesh says his eyes widen and she smiles and asks "so.... where is she!?!"  Pegasus smiles they disappear from their spirit realm and Pegasus takes Qetesh to where he was keeping his wife and with the power of each of her millennium tattoos she brought Cecilia back to life and took any trace of whatever illness she had away as well as made sure that she would never get sick again not even a cold for she worried that Pegasus might be afraid that he would lose her again "now I have to go.... I had some friends in the Shadow Realm and if I'm not mistaken two of them just woke up!"  Qetesh says once she was finished Pegasus hugs her tightly and thanks her profusely before she disappears and reappears in Joey and Mai's room "she's been in there longer so it will take her longer to wake up.... go I believe the pharaoh and Yu need their cheer squad I'll look after her"  Joey hears Qetesh's soft voice say from behind him and he jumps in surprise and says as he spins around "Qet!?!"  she smiles and nods then teases "that's an order.... go!!"  Joey shoots up from his spot salutes and says "yes ma'am!"  Qetesh chuckles then replies "it's supposed to be a bow.... but I'll take it.... go!"  Joey, Tristen, Duke and Serenity chuckle then they along with Téa rush out of the room and head towards the tower.... "....when I say this duel is about the past I mean it's about burying the past for good! Yugi once I defeat you and go on to win this tournament I will be number one not you!"  Seto says "I've heard"  Atem replies Isra chuckles "yes but there's more I'll also be closing the book on my past so I can concentrate on my future! you see ever since I was dropped off at the orphanage as a child I've had to fend for myself! I had to toughen up to protect Mokuba then we were adopted by a tyrant known as Gozaburo Kaiba! he taught me to crush my enemies and trust no one but nothing I ever did satisfied him! so using the ruthless business techniques he taught me I outsmarted him and took over his company! now Kaiba Corp belongs to me! and he's long gone but that's still not good enough for me! there's one conquest I need to fulfill! and that's where you come in Yugi! so listen I'm the best at everything that I do! but when it comes to being the best at duel monsters you are in my way! so once I beat you I can forget the past for good! that's why I'm here!"  Seto says "I never knew Seto felt so strongly about our past I know things weren't easy back then but we did have each other and Qetesh and Isra I guess that wasn't good enough for him he wants to forget everything including the person he used to be but I liked Seto back then he actually used to smile.... now the only one who can get him to smile is Qetesh.... and she's not here.... she could always calm the darkness within... if only she could get rid of it for good!"  Mokuba thinks to himself "only he can do that my prince!"  Mokuba hears Qetesh's voice say from within his heart he looks around and doesn't see her then he hears her chuckle softly then say "I forgot that you're not used to this"  her body appears beside him in a spiritual form as she continues "I'm keeping a promise and looking after Mai.... Seto doesn't realize that HE'S the one who pushed me away.... and now you're the only Kaiba who can see and hear me so don't let me interrupt your thoughts"  Mokuba nods as he thinks "Seto needs to realize that reaching the top doesn't have to mean being miserable!"  Qetesh replies in his heart "that he does!.... it is my hope that losing this tournament might help him realize it.... though knowing your brother as well as we do.... I doubt it!"  Mokuba chuckles "face it Yugi your reign is over!"  Seto says "you never cease to amaze me"  Atem replies then he chuckles "why? are you astounded by my superior dueling skills Yugi?"  Seto asks in a mockingly sarcastic tone Mokuba hears Qetesh laugh and he smiles as Atem replies "not quite! it's your complete stubbornness and your lust for power that I find so puzzling Kaiba!"  Seto asks in the same tone as before "why's that?"  Atem replies "it holds you back that's why! you'll never defeat me with a heart full of hatred and mistrust!"  Seto lets out a short laugh and says "you're just trying to distract me because you're scared of losing!"  Qetesh whispers with soft sadness "oh Seto!"  Mokuba takes her surprisingly solid feeling hand in his and gives it a light squeeze
