"My great beast may be gone however I assure you he'll be back!"  Yami Marik says "we'll see"  Atem replies "yes we will! in fact my Egyptian God card will return to the field sooner than you think! watch I'm about to give my dragon a second chance by turning back time and repeating my attack again and it's all thanks to this magic card! have you ever seen it?"  Yami Marik asks "Surprise Attack From Beyond!"  Atem replies in surprise "well I suppose I'll take your response as a "yes" this card allows me to replay the attack I just made against Obelisk!"  Isra takes Atem's hand in hers and gives it a light squeeze and he squeezes lightly back "you know.... all this time I thought Ishizu's voice was annoying but I find his even more so.... so if I fall asleep you'll know why!"  Qetesh teases sarcastically a smile slides up the corner of Atem's lips he had realized that she was less vocal than normal and figured that she might be getting tired as she kept her charade up making Yami Marik believe that she was disappearing when in truth she wasn't being harmed at all "I'll try to finish this soon my friend"  he replies "no!.... take your time.... I could use a nap!"  she tells him he laughs Qetesh looks at her disappearing friend with an apologetic expression in her eyes and she could have sworn she saw his mouthless face smile.... it must have been his eye.... she gasps softly and says in a soft quiet voice "Odion!!" she says with a smirk "why are you always so slow my friend!?!"  Atem replies "he's tired too!"  she teases "that's no excuse!"  he laughs Qetesh looks over at Yugi and Mokuba and says to them within their hearts "there's someone who's going to need your help making it up here if you would be so kind as to assist him"  Yugi smiles and says out loud "sure thing Qet"  then he and Mokuba rush over to the stairs and head down to meet Odion who was not even halfway to the tower "Mokuba!?!"  Seto calls out with surprised confusion Mokuba turns to face his brother and says "I have to do something for Qetesh.... I'll be right back!"  Seto looks at him confused but nods and Mokuba turns back around and continues to follow Yugi down the stairs "arise my Winged Dragon of Ra! this time you have no way to defend yourself pharaoh!"  Yami Marik says then he laughs as the dragon returns once again but it looked different this time "behold the return of my Egyptian God!"  Yami Marik says "it's locked in that sphere of light!"  Atem replies in  a surprised tone "that's correct and only I can release it so stand back as I recite the ancient chant...."  Yami Marik says he chuckles then continues "to unlock Ra! great beast of the sky please hear my cry transform thyself from orb of light and bring me victory in this fight envelop the desert with your glow and cast your rage upon my foe!"  as he chanted the sphere changed into the winged dragon and Qetesh teasingly asks "did I just hear him speak politely!?!.... though he has been calling you pharaoh which to many would be thought of as a sign of respect so....!"  a smirk slides up the corner of Atem's lips as the dragon roars and Yami Marik says "now I shall merge together with my creature transferring my power to the Winged Dragon of Ra!"   he chuckles as his body starts to disappear and once again forms with the dragon leaving just his eye on the field he laughs then he says "now all but one of my life points will transform into Ra's attack points! prepare for my final assault! the moment is here! I shall finally drain you of your ancient powers.... and I will rule as pharaoh! there's still more next I plan to sacrifice every one of my monsters and transfer their power to Ra-- giving my beast almost 7,000 attack points that's enough to destroy Obelisk and wipe out what's left of your life points no one can escape the fury of The Winged Dragon of Ra not even you Pharaoh"  Atem replies with a hum "hmm we'll see about that!"  surprised that he wasn't afraid of what was to come Yami Marik asks "what?"  Atem replies "I activate the magic card Soultaker! you do realize that I can sacrifice any monster I wish"  Yami Marik asks "does this mean you're going to sacrifice Ra?"  Atem replies "anything's possible Marik!"  as a swirl of smoke and wind spins like a tornado around Yami Marik and his monsters Yami Marik screams "aah! this will never work pharaoh! your magic card is no match for my Winged Dragon of Ra!"  Atem replies with a smile "I never said that I was targeting your dragon"  Yami Marik asks "your not?"  Atem replies "I have something better planned! alright I choose.... your indestructible Egyptian God Slime!"  Marik asks as he turns and watches the tornado of wind and smoke whirl around his EGS  "but why him? that won't save you!"  Atem replies with a smirk "well I disagree you Egyptian God Slime is made up of two monsters so I'll be making double the sacrifice!"  the EGS howls as it seems to be torn apart and disappears "then what? I still don't understand the point of this!"  Yami Marik says "it's simple Obelisk the Tormentor's special ability requires two sacrifices!"  Atem replies "you're going to activate the hidden powers of Obelisk?"  Yami Marik asks with wide eyes "yes to wipe you out!"  Atem replies "you can't do this! you'll never take down my Winged Dragon of Ra!"   Yami Marik says "it's nice that you have so much faith in him Yami but as Seto would say you should never rely on just one monster to defeat your foes!.... no matter how many times you bring him back!.... and unlike what he believes that goes for ALL monsters whether they're an Egyptian God or not!"  Qetesh replies "I do find it strange how he believes that when it comes to his monsters but not when it comes to his own life!.... unless he compares himself AS an Egyptian God!"  Atem hears Qetesh mutter in her heart he chuckles and replies "that may very well be!"  he sees a smirk slide up the corner of her lips which makes him smile as he shouts to Yami Marik "too late for that! and I'll destroy you with it!"....
