Ji Hyo feels sorry and disappointed.

She arrived so late last night that Jong Kook was already asleep.

And now she wakes up with him not there at her side anymore.

She sighs.

It's starting. Their hectic schedule is already starting to grow them apart.

She reaches for her phone and dials his number.

To her happiness, he answers at the first ring.

"Oh, Ji Hyo-ah? " his baritone voice says on the other line.

"Oppa. Are you already at work? Why didn't you wake me up? "

"And get beaten up? I know better than that, Song Ji Hyo. " He jokes.

"I wouldn't have. We should've eaten breakfast—"

"Ji hyo-ah, let's talk later, okay? Bye! "

"What? But—!"

She is cut off with the beep on the line. He hanged up on her!

She throws the phone on the bed and goes to take her shower.

Her staff greets her with a smile as soon as she enters the company building. She responds with a modest one as she passes through them.

She then goes to the paperworks. She needs to approve designs, read proposals and sign as soon as she takes her seat in the office at the top of the building.

She is looking at a peach colored design of a dress when she remembers something.

It has the same color of the dress she wore the last night at the hotel. The same dress that layed helpless on the floor the next morning.

She feels her cheek grow warm at the memory, the image of Jong Kook's toned body leaning down at her flashing in mind.

Now she's smiling like crazy, scenes of that night replaying in her dirty mind.

She shakes it off.

"Are you alright, Ji Hyo-ssi? " her secretary, who happens to be cleaning a shelf in her office, asks.

She straightens her face. "Yes." she answers, feeling embarrassed.

That man seems to be not leaving her alone even though he isn't around.

She glances at the time. It's already half past noon.

She takes her phone and dials Jong Kook's number.

But he doesn't answer.

She sighs and tries hard not to let that disappoint her.

He's busy and she understands that.

"Kelly-ssi?" she calls her secretary.

"Yes?"

"Let's go grab lunch then go around the branches after." she says.

Kelly suggests for them to eat lunch at a restaurant that is said to be booming lately.

As they enter, she catches a glance of a familiar female figure.

But she doesn't bother taking a second look. It would be impossible for that woman to be here in Korea.

She pushes the idea at the back of her mind as they occupy a table near one corner and start eating as soon as the food arrives. She could see why it is booming. They have a variety of cuisines that are served deliciously.
