JONG KOOK has just came out of the bathroom with nothing but a towel around his waist, getting sight of his wife still sleeping on the bed, her bare shoulders peeking over the covers.
He heads towards the door and opens it, only to be met by Kwang Soo who is about to open it, too.
"Kwang Soo-yah. " he says in surprise.
The same expression is plastered on the younger one's face, and also So Min's, who is standing at the middle of the living room.
"I'm really sorry, Hyung. I got used to barging in like this back at your old house. I'm still getting used to you being married." Kwang Soo apologizes, sincerity on his face.
Jong Kook looks around to find out what got them so surprised and embarrassed, only to be embarrassed himself.
The evidence of last night lays scattered all over the place; Ji Hyo's shirt, skirt, his shirt and jeans seems to lay a trace leading towards the door he is standing in.
"W-we thought you were having a hard time reconciling. " So Min mumbles, her eyes fluttering at trying to look away from their mess.
"I guess we thought wrong.. " Kwang Soo adds, and heads towards So Min to cover her eyes.
Jong Kook closes the door before they could see ji Hyo inside, and quickly picks all the mess up from the floor.
"How did you guys even get in? "
"Hyung, could you go get dressed first? " Kwang Soo says, his hand still covering So Min's eyes.
He remembers that he still isn't wearing anything, so he goes to the room to get dressed, his face burning from getting caught by their dongsaeng.
He sighs. "They wouldn't let us get away with this for life. " he mumbles.
"How did you guys get in? " he asks them when he comes back to them.
They are now sitting at the couch. The couch where he and ji Hyo made out last night. He shakes the thought off before he could get too distracted.
"Ji Hyo Unnie announced it when she slept at my place. " So Min answers.
"What? Why? " That girl does all sorts of weird things.
"When she came to my house, she was pretty drunk and crying because she couldn't get in here. She forgot the passcode."
"What? " he asks again, not believing his ears.
So Min nods. "She forgot the passcode. I was still working on some files late at night when she suddenly yelled numbers. She said she finally remembered the passcode."
"So she didn't get home not because she was mad but because she forgot the passcode? "
So Min nods again. Kwang Soo is already holding his laughter right next to his girlfriend.
"But Hyung, weren't you lucky? If she did remember it and came home, she would've beaten you to death." Kwang Soo states.
He did seem lucky if that was the case. But remembering the torment of worrying where his wife was makes him wonder which really was worth.
Jong Kook couldn't help but scoff.
He worried for a night that she might be madly upset, when in fact she didn't get home just for some freaking passcode!
He feels ridiculous, embarrassed at his self for worrying like a fool!
That girl amuses him. Every. Single. Time.
