Looking out of the small cottage window I could see the sun coming up turning the sky a pastel blue color. It was beautiful but nothing compared to the one who was watching it with me, my love, Edward. He met my gaze, smiled my favorite crooked smile then softly kissed my lips. They tasted so sweet, so delicate and I could feel his warmth as he wrapped his arms around my waist. I could stay like this forever, I thought to myself but my mind started to wander as I pulled away from him and looked out the window again. He brushed a loose peice of my dark hair behind my ear and gave me one last squeeze.
"I know,"I said without him saying a word, "let's go to the big house and see if Reneesme is up."
"That's not fair Bella, he complained, How can you read my mind?" he asked. Then he started to smile.
I ran up to him and jumped in his arms. I wrapped my legs around his waist and kissed him passionately. It still gave me chills everytime I kissed him even though I was a vampire like him as well. This is another place I could stay like forever. I was in a perfect world that I believed could of been made just for me.
He sighed then replied, "Let's get going honey."
I agreed and we headed out the door into the sunlight. I let go of his hand then turned to him and gave him a playful shove.
"I want to run", I said"
I took off faster than any animal could run but also gracefully. I could feel nothing beneath my feet but velvet as I stepped on rocks, twigs and leaves. I felt a strong gush of wind fly by me and then I realized it had been Edward. He'd beaten me again but I wasn't shocked.
"I guess the new wore off a bit love", he acknowledged then jumped high in the air and landed perfectly next to me.
"Yes, I said, you're the fastest runner again", I said sarcastically.He placed my hand in his and we started walking towards the house again.
Reneesme usually slept with us in our cottage but last night she wanted to have a sleepover with Rosalie and Alice. You know get dressed up and do makeup and nails. All "girly " things that I'd be bored to tears to do so I figured why not let her Aunts have that fun with her.
We got to the house within a few minutes and Edward opened the huge glass door for me then kissed my hand.
"Mama!" Renesmee shouted as she ran towards me.
She jumped up in my arms and placed her hand on my cheek. She went over everything that happened last night with Rosalie and Alice. The did makeovers and painted her beautiful lavender eyelids a light pink and smoothed coral colored lipstick on her shell colored pink lips. She looked very cute but nothing like my baby. She then held her hands out for me and her nails were painted a dark royal blue.
"Pretty", I told her. She then gave a huge smile then wiggled out of my arms. She made her way to the couch to sit next to Jacob.
"Hey Jake, I said. "How's the pack doing?"
"As good as can be I suppose", he then said. He looked depressed but I wasn't going to push him with Renesmee around, I'll drill him about it later.
It has been about 3 weeks since the Volturi came and tried to destroy us all. Everything was going fine in my opinion. Charlie would come by periodically to catch the game with Emmett and play with Reneesme. Also, Mom was planning a trip here within the next few weeks, I was ecstatic about that but also nervous at the same time. She'd never seen me like this before, I mean the new gorgeous me but she'd have to get used to it just like Charlie did.
All of a sudden I heard a whincing howl and a huge thud hit the door. We opened the door and saw blood everywhere and Seth there writhing in pain. I have to go but I'll write back as soon as I can.
