It was the morning of tournament that was crated for the Hand of the King, that being Lord Eddard Stark to much of his distaste. He had learnt that Iron Bank of Braavos was six million in debt and therefore thinks there should be no tournament, but King Robert wants, King Robert gets.

Alia had learned that Ned had also found out about Arya's sword and has introduced her to Syrio Forel, her new Dancing Master. She had improved a lot since the last time she had saw Arya and was pleased that Arya was finally doing what she always wanted to do.

It had come to Alia's and Jory's attention that Ned had sent them both to go find Ser Hugh of the Vale to quiz him about Jon Arryn as he squired for him before his death. Since his death, he had been knighted by King Robert for his services and is also taking part in the tournament later that day.

Jory and Alia had arrived tot where the tournament was being held, still seeing it being set up and they took a glance around and saw a blonde-haired man, similar age to Alia counting steps along the track where the joust will take place.

Jory makes his way over, Alia following behind and interrupts him causing Ser Hugh to stop in his tracks in annoyance, turning to face them both.

"I'm busy!" He shouts before returning to his counting only for Jory to cut him off again.

"I'm here on behalf of Lord Eddard Stark, the Hand of the King." Jory explains making Ser Hugh takes a glance at him, then towards Alia who watches the interaction between the two, her hands placed behind her back.

"I'm the Captain of his Guard." Jory proceeds, waiting for Ser Hugh to pay some form of acknowledgement to him.

"I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name. Ser?" Ser Hugh finally asks only for Jory to explain that he wasn't a Knight causing the Knight to let out a light scoff.

"Ah, I see. Well, it just so happens that I am." As he begins to walk away again, Jory gestures for Alianora to follow him to which she does and quickly jogs besides him, trying to keep up.

"He may not be a Knight, but I am." Alia states causing the man to stop, one foot in front of the other and turning his face to meet hers, a smirk emerging on his face as he looks the woman up and down.

"You?" He asks almost in disbelief.

"Yes, me. I am Lady Alianora Crow."

Ser Hugh recognises the name and gives the Knight a nod of approval only for him to turn around and recall that he was busy.

To be fair, Alia did understand that it was his life on the line because she has seen jousting happen before and it isn't the most pleasant thing she has witnessed; two men charging at each other with huge poles trying to knock each other off. She had seen many people die and horses die from this and understood that he didn't want to be bothered.
