The woman, Alianora's mother, stared at the scarred woman who was once a little girl over twenty years ago and her hands began to shake slightly. Her breath became ridged and her mouth opened ajar.

"A-Alianora?"

It sounded so foreign to Alia, hearing her mothers voice and the first thing for her to say was it being her name after all these years.

"Yes, it's me." She said nervously, taking a small step towards the woman and tucking a strand of lose hair behind her ear.

Unexpectedly, a thunder clap sounds above them both, indicating that rainfall was soon to come and shockingly to Alia, her mother opened the door a bit more, offering for her to come inside.

Alia hesitated for a moment, unsure whether or not it was a good idea but it was going to rain heavily soon so shelter is definitely preferred in these situations.

As she walks into the small house, she looked around and already noticed how messy and cluttered her home was. Dust and spiderwebs hung along the tables and walls. There were stacks of fire logs in the corner of the room and dead flowers in vases surrounded the area.

Not wanting to comment on her mothers house, she looked towards and noticed her hostile expression and stance.

Alia self consciously did the same and took a seat by a table and placed both of her hands on her thighs, tapping nervously.

"What are you doing here?"

Alia looked to her mother after she finally spoke, her voice was hoarse and cracked but her northern accent was strong and that's one of the things Alia missed hearing the most, a strong northern accent.

Alia just sighed a little and shrugged her shoulders.

"Was taken to Kings Landing to help serve Lord Eddard Stark and his children. He and many others were killed. I was treated badly and spat at the king and was told to run away and leave by Sansa Stark, the eldest daughter when the Blackwater burned. Running away from all responsibilities I had. Now, I am on the run."

Alia's mother gasped slightly, taking a small step back away from Alia to the point her back was against the old brick wall. "I can't believe I have let a criminal into my home!"

Alia shook her head in disbelief at her mother's words, her clearly not caring about how she was treated but based by her actions.

"I was the only woman Knight to have lived in Westeros. I was loved and cared for dearly by the Starks. Me and Archie were loved by the Starks." Alia replies bitterly, standing to her feet and showing a more dominant stance.

Her mother scoffed and shook her head to say to show as if she didn't believe her.

"And where is Archie now? He was always the better one out of the two of you."

"He's dead."

Alia's answer was short and quick but her mother showed no expression about his death and instead walked over towards a bottle of Ale and poured herself a glass and taking a swig. "Now that is a shame." She mutters sarcastically.

Alia looked at the woman who was dressed in dark brown rags in front of her, her hair was unbrushed and her eyes were completely dead inside.

"How can you be so cruel? He was your son! I am your daughter!" Alia shouts, finally letting loose all of the anger she had built up inside of her for all this time. Her brother was dead and the woman who brought them into the world didn't care.

"Just because I gave birth to you doesn't make me love you. You took the only thing I loved away from me!"

"Yeah it's pretty obvious you never loved me after you did this to me for what? Stealing a fucking grape for me and my bother because we were hungry and you never fed us!" Alia screeches, pointing to the scar on the side of her face.
