Simon Coglestan POV

"Have you already seen her?"
Kyle said. I looked at him confused.
"Who do you mean."
"The new girl; apparently she's smoking hot!"
That earned him a smack on his head from Liz.
Maybe I should back up a bit.
I'm Simon Coglestan and I'm a senior in Good High School. This are my friends:
Kyle; brown hair, dark blue eyes, the clown of the group and boyfriend of Liz;
Liz: black long hair that reaches her waist, warm brown eyes, the sporty one of the group and girlfriend of Kyle;
Mia: red wavy hair, green eyes, originally from Ireland and my crush of two years and then last but not least
Percy: unruly black hair, piercing sea green eyes and swim captain of Good High's swim team.
Right now Kyle, Liz and I were walking to our first class together: History.
"Oww, Liz."
Kyle rubbed his head and Liz rolled her eyes at him.
"It's your own fault! You shouldn't say that an other girl is hot when your girlfriend is standing next to you!"
"Ow come on,Liz. You know I would never think that anyone is more beautiful than you."
He said and gave her a peck on her lips. She smiled.
"Yeah, I know... but about that girl..."
Kyle shook his head, smiling.
"She arrived this morning. Rumours say she's smoking hot and very feisty. Apparently she has put Chelsey in her place this morning. Chelsey had made some rude comment about her and they say the new girl judo flipped her..."
Liz smiled.
"Well everyone who can put Chelsey in her place is a friend of mine. I hope she's in one of my classes."
I nodded.
"And maybe we can get Percy to ask her out on a date, then he would finally get a girlfriend."
Liz started squealing.
"Yeah! Then we can go on a double date or a triple, if you finally dare to ask Mia out."
She said teasing me. All of them know about my crush on Mia except Mia herself of course. I shook my head and opened the door to the class.
"She will never like me, you know that."
Liz rolled her eyes.
"Don't you see it, doofus. She likes you, just like you like her. And I thought Percy was oblivious!"
Kyle laughed at us and sat down in his seat. I followed his example and started taking my history books when Liz started shaking my arm.
"Simon...Simon."
I looked up.
"Isn't that the new girl."
She said, nodding at a blonde haired girl sitting in the front.
"I guess so. I haven't seen her before. Did you?"
I asked Kyle. He shook his head.
"Well... why not befriend her? Come on."
She said while she dragged us over to the new girl.
"Hey," Liz said.
The girl looked up from her book that she was reading. The first thing I noticed were her piercing grey eyes. It seemed like she was thinking of all the ways to take me down in less than 3 seconds.
"I'm Liz. And this here is my friend Simon"
I waved.
"And my boyfriend Kyle."
Kyle gave her a friendly smile.
"Are you new here? I haven't seen you before."
The girl nodded.
"Yeah, I just arrived here this morning. I'm Annabeth by the way."
"Nice to meet you."
Liz said.
"Do you want to sit with us at lunch? We'd like to get to know you."
The girl, Annabeth, smiled.
"I'd like to. Hey, do you know by any chance P-"
"Good morning class. Can you all sit down please."
Mrs. Slake said, interrupting Annabeth's question. We quickly went to sit down on our places.
Who did she mean? There aren't many people whose name start with a P.
I just shrugged it off and tried to follow the lesson. This would be one of the longest hours of my entire live!

Liz POV

I walked out of Physics with Mia and saw a familiar girl with curly blond hair exiting the Architecture Class.
"Hey Annabeth!"
I yelled.
She looked up and jogged over.
"Hey, Liz right?"
I nodded.
"And this is Mia, one of my other friends."
Mia gave her a small wave and smiled at her.
"Now you only have to meet Percy. Then you've had our whole group."
Annabeth laughed.
"I'd like to meet him."
We started to walk.
"Does he by any chance have a girlfriend?"
Annabeth asked with a misterious little smile on her face. It seemed like she knew something that I didn't .
"Well... he says that he does but no one beliefs him."
Mia said. Annabeth looked at us confused.
"Why? If he says that he has one then he has one, right? Why would someone lie about that?"
"It's just an excuse for all the girls who ask him out..."
I said nonchalantly and shrugged. Unfortunately it happens a lot more than we'd like (Percy included). Seriously, every week there is a girl asking and hoping that he will go on a date with them but he always says that he already has a girlfriend. Do I belief him?
I'm not so sure.
Why not? You may ask, Well one : we have never met her and two: he says she lives in San Francisco which is literally the other side of the country.
On the other side, every time he talks about his 'girlfriend' his eyes light up and he gets this lovestruck smile on his face... so I really don't know if I believe him or not.
"Ask him out?"
Annabeth asked. She looked a bit strange, maybe even jealous. Why would she be jealous? She doesn't even know Percy, right?
"Yeah, nearly every week."
Mia said.
"Why do you want to know? Searching for a boyfriend?"
Annabeth smirked and shook her head.
"No no, I'm extremely happy with the one I've now."
"You have a boyfriend?"
I ask surprised. She nodded.
"Yeah, we have been dating since we were 16."
Mia hooked her arm in Annabeth's and I did the same on the other side.
"Tell us everything!"
We said in unison. Annabeth laughed.
"Well... he's really sweet..."

Kyle's POV

It was already half past 12 and the girls were still not here. I was starting to get nervous. What if something happened?
Percy seemed to read my thoughts and put his hand on my shoulder.
"Don't worry, they're probably just talking in the hallway with that new girl or something."
Percy said.
" Liz seemed quite fond of her. Do you know her?" 
I shook my head.
"No but we have met her in History. She seemed alright, I guess. Maybe you could ask her out..."
Simon nodded.
"Yeah, she's really pretty, Perce. Liz asked her to sit with us so we can get to know her. I'm sure she'll like you."
Percy sighed and rolled his eyes.
"For the millionth time, guys. I-already-have-a-girlfriend!"
"Yeah, your imagined one."
I said. Percy just shook his head and opened his mouth to say something but he was interrupted by two hands, that covered his eyes.
The new girl, Annabeth, stood behind him with a large smile on her face. Percy was about to take her hands of his eyes when she winked at us and leaned down to whisper something in his ear. Within a second Percy jumped up, lifted the girl up and spun her around.
"Wisegirl! I missed you!"
Annabeth laughed and kissed him on the lips. Percy softly put her down and entangled his hands in her hair.
This started to get a bit TOO intimidate for me so I fake coughed and the couple broke apart, smiling like a madman.
"So... I assume you two know each other."
Mia said. They nodded and Percy put his arm around Annabeth's waist. They sat down at our table and we followed their example.
"I'm guessing that she is your girlfriend."
I said. Percy nodded.
"Yep, of 2 years now."

And with that started our new friendship with Annabeth and did Percy finally (more like we finally accepted) had a girlfriend. Now project: Get Simon To Ask Mia Out can get started!

I know the end sucks. I didn't had any inspiration, but I hope you liked it!
