Percy and Jason went on a quest 2 years ago. After a month and half Jason returned... alone; Percy was missing. Now he is back but how will he react when he sees what happened to Annabeth...

Percy's POV

The hill, finally! I had made it! After 2 years...
I didn't want to think about those years. They were horrible, not only the part were I was kidnapped and tortured;that was bad but the thing that hurt me the most was being away from Annabeth and letting her worry about me.
When I stood next to Thalia's tree I petted Peleus. He had grown a lot since the last time I saw him. It sighed happily when he recognised me.
It was around 8 o'clock and the sun had already set. Camp Half Blood was lightened by torches and the porch light from the big house was on. Nothing had changed since the last time I had been here. The same cabins, same pavilion, same training centres...
I walked down but saw nobody at the cabins. When I looked at the campfire, I saw it was lit. 'Everyone would probably be there' I thought.
When I reached cabin 3, I saw a little boy siting at a part of the beach next to my cabin. He didn't look older that 1 or 1,5.
What would such a young boy do here?
I walked towards him and squated down in front of him. A torchlight aluminated the place were he was playing in the sand. The little boy looked up and I gasped. He looked exactly like me when I was younger.
The little boy had the same raven black hair as me in the same untamed way but his hair curled a bit at the end. His face was identical to mine when I was his age, only his eyes were different. The little boy had beautiful stormy grey eyes... just like Annabeth.
Before I could think about it the little boy stood up.
"Da-daddy!"
He stepped to me a bit wobbly and tried to touch me but stopped right before he actually touched my hand, like he was afraid that I would disappear.
That was weird.
I gestured to him to come to me. Hesitantly he stepped closer and when he took my hand, a big smile appeared on his little face.
I scooped him up in my arms and brushed the sand of his face.
"Hey Little One, what are you doing here so alone?"
I asked him even though I knew he wouldn't answer me.
"Where is your Mommy?"
I didn't ask for his father. I had a strong feeling that I already knew where he was.
In the distance I heard two pair of footsteps. It seemed like they were frantically searching for something or better for someone.
"Luke! Luke were are you?!"
Somebody yelled desperately.
"Lukas?!"
That voice... I always hated it when she sounded so upset.
"It's gonna be alright, Annabeth." The second voice said.
"He can't be far away. He's only 1."
"I know but... I can't loose him too... Luke?!"
The little boy, Lukas, clearly recognised the voice and started squirming in my arms.
"Mommy."
He said while he stretched his little arms in the direction of her voice.
"Mommy."
I put him down and that moment two women appeared. Lukas had started walking to them.
Annabeth and Piper...
"Mommy."
Lukas said again and Annabeth looked in the direction of his voice.
"Lukas!"
Annabeth exclaimed and ran to her little boy. She knelt down in front of him and hugged him tight. Lukas grabbed her T-shirt with his little hands and leaned into her chest. Piper, who had been watching them, looked up and gasped when she saw me.
This made Annabeth look up too. Her grey eyes met mine and butterflies erupted in my stomach. I had missed her so much.
She stood up and Lukas stood next to her, holding her leg.
"Annabeth..."
She froze when she heard my voice and before I could blink, her eyes rolled back and she fainted. Quickly I caught her before she hit the ground. I kneeled down and laid her gently down, her head on my lap.
Slowly I traced my thumb along her face.
"P-Percy"
I looked up at Piper.
"I-you-you're here."
She said not believing it completely. I smiled.
"Yeah... I'm back home."
She surged forward and hugged me tight. I hugged her back with one arm, the other holding Annabeth.
In the meantime Lukas had crawled on Annabeth's chest.
"Mommy?"
He poked her slightly. When she didn't react, tears started to form in his little eyes.
"Mommy?"
Piper released me and scooped him up in her arms. I lifted Annabeth up, bridal style and made sure her head rested on my chest.
"She has to go to the infirmary."
Piper nodded and started walking to the infirmary. I followed her.
