Just a little thing before we begin... I'm basing this off an otp prompt on tumblr, so it's gonna be weird and its a joke so don't take it too seriously lol

The rain poured down in the roof of the funeral home. The fire from the school has long since been put out and cleaned up.
Tadashi's funeral was going on. People were crying, and people sat alone, waiting for the service to begin.
Eventually, the service started. You stared at the coffin the whole time. What felt like forever later, the service ended. The funeral was over, and only a few people remained. They were preparing to go bury Tadashi.

You stood by his coffin, next to Hiro, looking at him. He looked so peaceful, but there was something about him that seemed... off?
"It's going to be so weird without him around," Hiro stated, not looking away from his brother. You nodded in agreement, "Yeah, it will be." You looked at Hiro.

"Can I have a moment alone with him?"

Hiro looked up at you, and after a moment, he looked back at Tadashi and said, "Yeah, of course. I'll be waiting outside, whenever you're ready." You gave a slight smile, "Thank you. I won't be long."
Hiro slowly walked out of the room. Now it was just you and Tadashi. You stepped closer to the coffin and looked at him, whispering, "Now listen, I know you're not dead."

Tadashi's eyes flickered open, his lips curving slightly upwards, "Yeah Y/n, no duh."
You sighed, "How long are you going to keep this up for? They're literally going to bury you alive if you don't do something." Tadashi nodded, shifting in place. He stared up at the ceiling, "I'm gonna sneak out. You will close the coffin, and tell them I'm still in it. They'll bury the coffin, thinking they're burying me, but I won't be in it-"
You interrupted him, "Wait, you're not going to tell them you're alive? You're just going to fake your death and go with it forever?"

Tadashi grinned and nodded, "Y/n, we can run away and live together. Somewhere alone. No one to tell us no. It'll be great." You glanced at the door, then back at Tadashi, "What about Hiro? He already misses you so much, you just want to leave him? And Aunt Cass? And Gogo, Honey Lemon, Wasabi, Fred, Baymax, everyone?" Tadashi looked away. He sighed, and sat up, "You're right. Go get them, will you?"

"Right now?"

"Yes."

"Okay," You agreed, and started toward the door. Once outside, you gathered up Hiro, Gogo, Honey Lemon, Wasabi, Fred, and Aunt Cass, and lead them back to the room where Tadashi was.
They all stopped right outside the door. You started to speak, "I'm warning you now, you might need to sit down... All of you," You glanced around the group of people that stood around you, "This will change everything."

You pushed open the door, and held it open for everyone. Looking at the coffin, you saw Tadashi was...

no longer in it? He was nowhere to be seen.

All at once, everyone started freaking out. "Where is Tadashi?!?" Aunt Cass asked frantically, looking as if she was about to pass out. "He should still be there!?" Gogo exclaimed, rushing over to the coffin. "He couldn't have just got up and walked away!?" Wasabi yelled.

Then, a voice. From the doorway.

"Actually," He said, "I did."

Aunt Cass fainted, a series of gasps was heard.

"Tadashi!" Gogo ran over to him, wrapping her arms around him. Honey Lemon, Wasabi, and Fred all quickly joined. Meanwhile, You were knelt down by Aunt Cass' side, trying to wake her.

Tadashi looked over at you, a big smile on his face, "Thank you, Y/n." You stood up and walked over to Tadashi, who was still stuck in a group hug of now-sobbing people. "For what?" You asked.

"Thank you for making sure I still lived this life. And not a fake one without these guys."
