After me and Ashton talked about Aiden, we just decided to hang out and watch movies. We were eating a big bowl of popcorn, finishing it within 5 minutes. All of a sudden, Ashton jumps, facing me with a smile on his face. "Lets go to Starbucks! I need a mocha!" he said.
"You're such a white girl." I laughed.
"Guilty!" he said, putting his hand up. "Now lets go!" he stood up.
"Ok fine. Let me go get some money." I said, standing up and walking over to my purse. Just as I'm about to grab it, Ashton grabbed my arm.
"Dont worry about it. Ill pay." he said, smiling.
"No, Ashton. I can't let you do that." I refused.
"Why not? Isn't the guy supposed to do all the little things for the girl?" he asked me. I sigh. "Im paying. Final story." he said, picking up Aiden, before dragging me out of the house. He finally lets go when we're in the driveway. I open the drivers door and he blocked me.
"Oh what now?" I asked him, sounding a little frustrated.
"Im driving." he said, smirking.
"There's no pleasing you is there?" I joked, before grabbing Aiden, buckling him into his car seat. I hope into the passengers seat and Ashton climbs in beside me.
"Ok." he said, closing his door. "How does this thing work?" he joked. I rolled my eyes as he started the ignition.
We arrived at Starbucks and we walked in, Ashton carrying Aiden. We spot a group of teenaged girls in the corner. They all look up and start screeching, running over to us. "Can we get a picture with you Ashton?" one of them asked. He nodded, handing me Aiden. "Do you mind taking the picture?" another one asked me.
"Not at all!" I smiled. One of them handed me their phone, they all joined Ashton, his arms around them. They all smiled and I snapped the picture.
"Can we get one with you?" the same one asked.
"Y-you want one with me?" I asked, confused as to why they would want a picture with me. They nodded with excited smiles on their faces. "Sure." I said. I handed Aiden and the phone to Ashton. The girls stood next to me, I put my arms around their shoulders and we all smiled. Ashton snapped the picture.
"Thanks so much guys! We love you!" they all said. We waved to them and they walked out the door. We walked up to the counter, Ashton ordering a mocha and I just ordered a hot chocolate, an apple juice and a cookie for Aiden. Ashton hands me Aiden so he can pay.
"Just letting you know, my name is Roberto." he says to the woman behind the counter as he was paying. I laughed at him as the woman wrote 'Roberto' on his cup.
"Roberto? How'd you get that?" I asked him, trying not to laugh more.
"It's the name I use to order things so people don't know it's me." he said, grabbing Aiden from me.
"Nice." I said, sarcastically. "Im going to pay you back, just saying."
"I don't want your dirty money!" he said, covering his chest. "Im not your whore!" he joked. I started laughing at him. "But you were." he winked. I smiled and blushed. "And eh. You were worth your pay." he joked, putting his arm around my shoulder.
"I wasn't paid anything, you jerk." I said, slapping his arm. He put his hand up to his chest, acting hurt. Just as he pulled his arm away, the woman behind the counter called out.
"Roberto and Amy?" she shouted. I couldn't help but laugh. I grabbed the tray and Ashton went to grab a high chair for Aiden. I walked over to a booth, putting the tray down and Ashton pulled it up to the end of the table. I slid into the booth and Ashton put Aiden in the high chair, before sliding in the booth on the other side. We just sat there, talking about all the little things. I told him about my sister and the rest of my family. I found out he has two younger siblings, Lauren and Harry. He told me about how he had to take care of his family because his dad left. That made me feel bad for him. I told him about mine and Luke's relationship and about all the crazy things we'd do. Like we'd have sleepovers on the roof, watching the stars until we fall asleep. We'd go swimming under the waterfall down the street at 3 in the morning. Sometimes when we can't sleep, we'd shine a flashlight through each others windows, telling the other that were awake. We'd then meet out in our backyard, sitting by the fire, sharing a blanket. We would just sit there, watching the flames until they burnt out. Usually that's the time when were both ready to go back to sleep. When we didn't wanna sleep alone, we'd have a sleepover. It was really comforting, knowing someone was there to protect you. I knew there was nothing to be afraid of, even though, there's so many other things to worry about.
