"So, I guess I'll see you at lunch?" Questioned Skylar before the two friends. were going to split off to their next classes.
"Of course, silly. Usual spot. Remember to buy the packet of Doritos. You forgot last time."
"Yes, sir."
That was their thing. Every Wednesday, one of them would buy a packet of Doritos from the school canteen, and then meet up behind the portables like they always do.
"Good. Love you!" They hugged and went their separate ways to their next class.

Skylar straightened up her books and pens, ready for science to begin. She opened up her notes book, revising from the notes she took last class, as per usual.
The bell soon rang and mostly all the seat are full of students, chatting away.
Then Mr Harris walked in "Good morn- oh wow, it's already twelve o'clock! Good afternoon, students. Today, I'm going to discuss a new assignment that everyone has to complete." Mr Harris announced. Majority of the students groaned.
"Simmer down, young ducklings. It's okay. You'll all be in partners. But, I'll be choosing them." Some kids booed and a kid called out saying, "you suck."
"No need to hurt me with bad comments, Craig. You are on a warning. Now, let me call out the partners. Once you have been called out, I would like you to find a seat next to your partner." Soon the names started rolling in.
Skylar got partnered up with Kristin, a rebellious girl who dyed her hair a different colour every week and chewed her chewing gum a bit too loud.
Once the two girls say down, Kristin popped in a new stick of chewing gum into her mouth.
"Ain't you scared of getting told off?" Asked Skylar curiously. Never in her life would she chew chewing gum in class especially when you are not supposed to.
"Why should I? It's okay to break the rules sometimes."
"Hmm... yeah, depends." Shrugged Skylar.
After all students were partnered up, Mr Harris talked further about the science project and minor detail about it.
"Okay, class, you can go off and start researching. You have 35 minutes until class is over."
Skylar opened up her laptop and took out her notepad, finding a new, clean page. Then she took out her pens and placed then neatly beside them. Then she straightened them up, making it look neat. Kristin just stared.
"You are a freak." Kirstin commented, judging by her actions just moments ago.
"What do you mean?"
"Well, why does everything have to be so neat. And why is your uniform so neat and straight? And how come you don't break any rules?" Skylar just shrugged. "Goody goody." Kirstin said under her breath.
"Pardon?"
"Oh nothing, it's really nothing. Um, so, want to meet up at your house? I'm free tomorrow after school."
"Yeah sure. You can walk with me. It's only 10 minutes away."
"That's fine." Kristin twirled her hair.
Minutes later, the bell rang for lunch. "Ciao," Kristin tapped Skylar on the shoulder. See you tomorrow. We meet by the gate outside" Skylar nodded in reply. Then in a flash, Kristin was off.

I know this update is a day early, but I figured out having the updates only on Monday and Thursday wasn't enough.
I decided to make the new updates on:
Monday to make your day better.
Wednesday because I like Wednesday.
And, Friday because TGIF!
