Sorry for the lack in updates. Been really busy with school. This isn't a very eventful chapter but there's more to come, I promise.
Zayn's POV
"Alright, that's enough," I say, trying to pull the phone out of her hand.
"No! One more!" she fought back, tugging to keep the phone in her grasp.
"You said that five pictures ago," I whined.
"Just a few more?" she begged, pouting.
I sighed. "Fine," I groaned. "Five more then we're putting it up."
She smiled, kissing me on the cheek, snapping a picture in the process.
"That's one," I counted off.
"I want you to do a real smile for this one," she directed, pressing my cheek to hers. I pulled on a smile but it was evident to her that it was fake. "Zayn," she whined.
"What?" I laughed, amused.
Just then she snapped another picture, taking advantage of my laugh.
"Two," I continued.
"I can count, too, Mr. Malik," she scoffed.
"Are you sure?" I teased. "Because one isn't equal to five."
"Really?" she furrowed her eyebrows. "That's not what I learned in kindergarten."
I kissed her cheek, knowing she'd take another picture.
"Three."
"You know what-" she snapped, turning her head to face me.
"Let me take the next two," I suggested, kissing her nose at the sound of a click. She giggled, knowing she took the picture I wanted to take. And at the same time that she giggled, she took another picture.
"Four. Five," she mocked.
I took the phone out of her hand as she smiled tauntingly at me. I lifted it to take another picture. She rested her head on my shoulder, burying half of her face in the crook of my neck
"What? Are you camera shy now that you're not in control?" I teased, taking the picture anyway.
"Yes," her voice came out muffled against the collar of my shirt.
She lifted her head and looked at me with an amused smirk. "You only took one," she acknowledged.
"Oh, so she can count," I bantered.
"Shut up," she joked with a warm smile. I snapped the picture right then and she curled her lip up. "No warning?"
"Well you didn't give me a warning," I answered softly.
"Warn you of what?"
"That you were going to look so beautiful just then."
"So what, I don't look beautiful in any other moment?"
"Well you do have your off days," I shrugged.
She gasped in fake hurt, snatching the phone from my hand. "Just for that, we're taking one more."
I placed my head on her shoulder, mocking her as I covered my eyes in her neck. She took the picture anyways and I was glad when she didn't take another.
Ever since she found out I had an iPhone, she'd been taking full advantage of it. I didn't have a single picture on my phone before she got ahold of it. Now I have almost two hundred.
She had sneaked some shots of me randomly which added up to about fifty in the past couple days. She took some of herself. I took some of her. And she decided to have a little photo shoot today.
