Chapter One: 3 Months On

ALICE

To say that my life has changed would be an understatement; these last three months have been a roller-coaster ride with plenty of ups and downs. With a few loops and twists scattered around as well.

I've been on YouTube 4 months now and I hit my first million subscribers which is out of this world. You'd expect me to be thrilled and excited by this but I wasn't.

Two months ago I was at an impromptu meet up in Hyde Park with a few youtubers; Carrie, Chris, Phil, Tom, PJ, Ben, Dan, Jack and Dean when Phil let slip to about 300 people that my last name was Sugg and that my siblings should be proud of me.

He didn't do it intentionally, he thought the two of us were having a hushed conversation but anyway those 300 people had cameras and before the day was up it was all over social media.

My Twitter and Tumblr blew up, I thought my loyal subjects would be annoyed after finding out my true identity but they were supportive and defended me against the hate I was receiving. My fans were split 50/50 as to whether they were mad that I had lied for months or if they understood why I didn't want to be known because of my YouTube famous siblings.

After the announcement was made to the YouTube world that Tumblr Girl was in fact a third Sugg, my subscribers doubled overnight. I knew this would happen, I was happy with my 500,000 subs because I had earnt them myself, but the new 500,000 weren't really my fans despite saying in the comments that they were fans all along.

Of course some youtubers were a little pissed that I had hit a million subs in less than five months but they wouldn't openly show it to my face. I constantly had a knife in my back.

I still live in London with Carrie; she's awesome and is like my 2nd big sister. Caspar and I are back on talking terms but after Joe blew up at him over the Zoe affair he went back to South Africa for a couple of months. He's back now and still living with Joe, the Jaspar bromance was still alive.

After my reveal Zoe insisted that I do a video with both her and Joe explaining everything. It went down surprisingly well, we were called the 'three sugglets' by the fans. It was only after that video did my hate start to simmer down. If anything it bought the three of us closer as a family which of course was the positive out of the negative.

Since the Trafalgar Square moment, Dan and I haven't spoken or acknowledged each other, it was unforgivable what he called me and he knew I would never forgive him. Surprisingly I've spoken to PJ but that's only because I was working on a short film with him, Ben and Tom. At least we are civil to each other now.

Phil is my rock, he's my shoulder to cry on. He still lives with Dan so still speaks to him but he blew up at Dan when he found out what went down between us. Phil was my 2nd big brother and I wouldn't change that for anything. Also our Pokémon tally was 4-2 to me, yet he keeps asking for rematches.

My surprise friendship has to be with the one and only Chris Kendall. Months ago he hated me but after a few sketches and a couple of short films we just clicked. We both have a similar sense of humour which means we write a lot of scripts together.

You're probably all wondering why haven't I mentioned my boyfriend yet, well here goes. Finn and I are still together despite a few nasty rumours spread by haters, Falice is great and everything that has happened has just bought us closer together. I'm glad I chose Finn because he was good for me, he was supportive and caring which only made me love him more. Our friends were convinced that we'd go all the way but three months isn't really that long of a time to cement a relationship.

My name is Alice Sugg but most of you still call me Tumblr Girl which I'm perfectly fine with. I owe all my success to you guys and hopefully the next stage in my life will all be smooth sailing, but I don't have my fingers crossed.
