Chapter 21

The search results came up for who Bts was and I scrolled down. I firstly went onto images. They looked like pretty charming boys until my eyes landed on one particular boy. Yoongi. Oh. I sat back in my chair. I'm glad he achieved his dream, I guess?I was happy but on the other hand something snapped in my heart. I took a deep breath and continued my research finding out all the boys positions and names. Jungkook, Taehyung, Jimin, Namjoon, Hoseok, Yoongi, Jin. I decided it was best to not look at images of them. Especially not with him. But I decided to listen to their songs. The first one that came up was Save me so I put it on to speaker and played. Turns out it was on karaoke mod so I grabbed the microphone by the side of the speaker and looked at the screen to see the upcoming words.

I was jamming and found the tune quite catching until I heard a too familiar voice. Yoongi. I paused as I just listened. I didn't know really what to do. To be angry. Happy. Sad. Because I didn't know what to do I just continued being silent. When the verse was over it went back to the chorus but I didn't do anything. Instead my hand reached out and hit the pause button, stopping the song and placing my mic back down. Chief entered my room seeing if I was ok. I knelt down on the floor and hugged chief. I rested my head of his head. What I'm I doing? Avoiding him? Not liking him? My heart was........in relief that I finally had my brother back but.....my mind made sure he was always out of reach. 

-Meanwhile-

-Yoongi POV-

I came into the room with a icy soda in my hand. The boys looked at me before turning back to the TV. I decided to make myself comfy on the armchair and look at what the others were watching. Soon after, Jungkook made his way down the stairs with a smile plastered on his face. I rolled my eyes as he sat down on the carpet checking his phone. "Whats up Kookie?" Tae asks trying to peek over his shoulder put Kookie pulls his phone away. Then all the boys turned curious as I took a sip of my soda. Tae then pounced of Jungkook and started tickling him making the poor boy laugh and beg for him too stop. All the time, Jungkook still held the phone in his hand tightly.

The other boys joined in and soon the boy was being tickled from every angle. Meanwhile, I just sat there watching because if I was being honest I didn't care what the boy was hiding. I hide secrets so he should be able to hide them too. However, I doubt he has a secret bigger than mine. Soon, Jungkook's hand weakened and the phone fell into the carpet and Tae scooped it up quickly. He gazed at the phone with curiosity.. "INTERESTING!" Tae squeals.  The boys all stopped tickling and looked at Tae for answers and Jungkook could finally move he snatched the phone away putting it in his pocket. 

Tae smiled at us mischievously whilst whipping out his phone. Soon he giggled as Kookie looked at him. "Kookie has a crush" Tae says whilst all the members gasp. "It's a new kpop idol" He says giving us tiny hints and info at a time. "She has long blackish brownish hair" He looks back at his phone. "And.......I recognize her..." Tae says tilting his head trying to remember. 

"You do?" Kookie asks whilst Tae nods slowly. "Anyway her name is IU, here is a picture" He says as he turns the phone to show and my eyes widen. Ji-uen. What the hell!?! Jungkook better stop crushing on MY sister! I suddenly look at Jungkook with anger. "She is not your type!" I say trying to pretend everything's good but my voice comes out with venom.  Jungkook looks at me a bit scared whislt the boys look at me in confusion. "How would you know?" Jimin says. 

I take a deep breath. "I've just heard of her. She is way out of your league. Do you even know how old she is?" I say knowing that Jungkook is too young for her anyway. Surprisingly, Jungkook bows his head in asham as he nods, knowing that IU was defienlty too old for him. "But that doesn't mean it can't happen"

And let's just say that didn't end well and the boys are now confused and curious about what s happening between me and IU. Jesus, they even came up with the idea I had a crush on her. Anyway, I'm really glad she made her dream come true. I made my dreams reality, I'm glad she did too. I got into my room and typed up of my laptop IU. It came up with an Instagram and an Interview, nothing much considering she is new. A clicked on the interview and watched through seeing my sister thinking hard about her answers.

They was warmth in my heart at how she put one of her fingers on her lips in thought. The fans were clapping and screaming and I smiled unknowingly. One day we were both children, as mermaids with dreams that were way out of our league. They were hopeless thoughts but we kept them on our mind all the time and we both found our self on land. And them we seemed to have landed in the same career.  I chuckled and continued watching the interview chuckling the empty soda can I held into the bin. I smiled widely when she said encouragingly "Never Give Up". She never gave up so it was a good message due to all the things going on in peoples lives. 

I also checked the Instagram, seeing pictures of her. She seemed to be an almost professional already. I searched her profile before clicking on one of the buttons at the top. Message.

-Ji-uen POV-

I sat on the couch in pajamas. I had some fluffy bunny slippers on and Chief was laying sleepily at my feet. I held my phone and checked some of the social media. I was scrolling through Instagram when suddenly I got a message. Yeah I've been getting many messages but this one stood out because it read the one name I was confused to see. Min Yoongi. Happy, Confused and Heartbroken. I ended up opening the message anyway. No harm done in listening to my Brother. Unless he leaves me again.
