Mermaid Tale (Bts ff)

Chapter 15

I walk out into the sunny day, I had already woken up at 6 am got ready and was out the door by 7. I really needed to find this pineapple. I really wondered what it would taste like. I had put on a simple outfit and makeup.

I had also put my hair in a messy bun.

I was walking down the pavement and pulled out my schedule for being an Idol. tomorrow was the day I recorded the new music video You and I. Also it would be published by tomorrow night at midnight. I focused on looking for this fruit. I passed a fruit store and looked into the window. The fruits all looked really delicious. However, a spiky fruit caught my eyes. I picked one up and went inside to find the shop keeper. "Is this a Pineapple?" I question. She looks at me concerned. "Yes Miss" I nod and take out how much money it was and pay for it. I then walk out the shop and back to my cosy home. 

When I get in I sigh and put my bags down. I take the pineapple and look at it. Very spiky indeed. Getting to the point, I open my mouth and take a bite. i instantly regret it and spit it out. Oww. Do I really have to eat this? I look at the letter from Coral and realize a small note on the back. "P.s Don't eat the spiky skin. Cut it open and eat the yellow :)" Now she tells me. I go to the kitchen and cut open the pineapple. I take a bite of the juicy yellowness. It tasted amazing!!! I ate more and more and got juice all over myself. I finish the pineapple and want more. But I'm not that greedy so I walk around the house wondering what to do next. Chief runs up to my leg and sniffs my hand. I pet him and feed him some treats. Once, I'm finished I lay down on the couch whilst Chief climbs onto the chair beside. I turn the TV onto the news. "Breaking News: Rare footage shows a girl in the middle of the ocean. This footage is from a woman who was sailing around the world. Apparently, she found a girl swimming in the Pacific Ocean. However, if you look at the camera footage carefully. You may be able to make out a tail. We have Kelly the one who caught this moment here in the studio" I widen my eyes. They don't believe do they? They can't. Us mermaids haven't been reported ever since the incident in 1843. I listen in more. "So Kelly, Do you really think this could be the first sighting of the myth known as mermaids"

" Well, The girl wasn't quite clear but as played back by the footage and by my raw eye sight I think this might be a great discovery that we may have to study more into" 

I turn the TV off then and there. I put my head in my knees and start panicking. "What if, What if they study and find traces of a mermaid on land, Then they track me all the way until they find me here. And then they capture me and do experiments on me until I die!!!!!" I scream as Chief gets up and wanders over to me. He snuggles up close to me as I hug him. "This can't be happening!" I whisper into his fur.

-Taehyung POV-

We were watching the News and it had just finished a report about Football. We all gather around with slices of Pizza in our hands. Then the reporter seems really excited. We all listen closely. "I wonder why he is so excited?" I say but instantly get shushed. Then the footage shows a girl in the ocean. A mermaid. I scream at the top of my lungs. "I TOLD YOU!!!" As all the boys widen there eyes. "I never would have thought a mythical creature could be real" Jin whispered. However, I realized Yoongi was sweating. "Hey, Yoongi. is the news too much for you?" I joke but then Yoongi gets up and leaves. What the heck is he up to? I carry on watching as the news report interviews the witness. I'm smiling like an Idiot since I was right and all my hyungs were wrong, except Namjoon. 

-Yoongi POV-

WHO IN THE OCEAN WOULD BE DUMB ENOUGH TO SWIM TO THE SURFACE?!?!?! Urghhh!!! Now all the humans will be so excited that they will study about us more. Maybe even find some of us if they explore deep enough into the ocean. This is not good!! I have to warn the mermaids. So..... I have to get back to the kingdom for just a little bit. It's for the mermaids saftey. Then I'll leave the next day like nothing happened. I'll have to be careful, I don't want my mother and father locking me up in a tower so I don't escape. I sign and put on a hoodie and walk out my room. I say bye to the hyungs and they all shout after me but I run along the pavement until I find the beach. It's quiet but I see a girl that looks for familiar but before I could see her face she turned the other way and ran along the beach. I ran after her. She stopped and so did I. I needed to know who she was! I've seen her. In the Chinese restaurant. I clear my throat hoping she would turn around but she didn't. I put my hand on her shoulder. "Excuse me...." I mutter. "Yoongi?"

-Ji-uen POV-

"Yoongi?"

If you wanted to know. I was at the beach to clear my thoughts. Looking at the ocean makes me feel calm. However, I ran into someone.

When he spoke as he put his hand on my shoulder. I heard the familiar voice. That I missed so much. That I trusted so much. My own Brother. It was him right. The same one that trusted me and then abandoned me. The Yoongi that made my heart whole but broke it in two. The same Brother that used to have such a good connection with me but has now completely lost me. Yoongi. 

Why are you here?

Sorry for the wait!! Nearly Christmas!!!!!!!!!!! Wooooo!!! Finished School for 2 weeks. With no homework over the holidays. So I'm in a very good mood now :D. Anyway hope you enjoyed.
