Chapter 16

When Angel eventually got to my house we sat down and she comforted me as I told her everything.

Angel: don't worry he's not worth fighting for Paige. If he doesn't want u then that's his bad and u'll be fine with out him. Plus u have me and Emily.

Paige: ok I guess so but I just don't understand! One minute he's not there then the next he's covered in cuts and telling me he doesn't want me anymore! It's just not fair!

As soon as I stopped crying I thought about Dougie and the babies and I burst out in tears again. Angel leaned in to me and gave me a comforting hug.

DOUGIE'S POV

I can't believe I just said that to the mother of my children. I love her so much but... But I just don't want anything to happen to her. She's never going to want me back now. I've ruined it!

~Earlier that day~

I got a call from a blocked number. I thought id answer it seen as my phone used to be Danny's.

The man: hello!?

Dougie: erm... Hello who is this?

The man: u don't need to know. All u need to know is that ur girlfriend is goin to get hurt if u don't do what I say now!

Dougie: (gulps) ok ok just tell me! What is it I have to do?

The man: break up with her! NOW! U need to! She's not going to ever have anything to do with u. Just do what I say or ur little lady will get hurt!

He hung up and I started to panic so I kissed Paige on the forehead and headed out to meet him. I tracked down where he lives from the phone call and went to his house.

I knocked on his door and he answered it straight away. I told him I'm not gonna tell her anything so he grabbed me and took me round the back and beat me up. He punched and kicked me over my old cuts and bruises from the last time I tried to save Paige. He pushed me back out to the front of his house and left me.
