Chapter 30

PAIGES POV

~two months later~

It was five o'clock in the morning when my alarm went of. I hate alarms. It was the first day back at work since I had phoebe and Charlie and I had just started this job. It took a couple of hitting the snooze button to get me out of bed and then I was still to tired.

I slowly walked into the bathroom trying not to wake dougie. I looked in the mirror as I was shocked by my zombified looking self. I ties my hair up, washed my face, brused my teeth then went back into the bedroom to get my work cloths on. I put my black work trousers on with my white shirt and black work jacket over the top. After that I kissed dougie goodbye, rushed down to the kitchen, grabbed my phone, got my keys from the side and took of to work in my black and white mini.

When I got to work I placed my bag on my dest and got to work as I greeted my boss and my work friends. All the way through work all I could think about was dougie and phoebe. It was really difficult to concentrate.

After work I got to my car as quick as I could and stopped off at KFC on my way back from work. I was starving. Once I'd had my delicious meal in KFC I got back in the car and set off home to Phoebe and dougie.

I parked outside my house and unlocked the front door, then stepped in.

Paige: I'm home!

Dougie: hey babe how was ur day?

Paige: it was cr*p! How was urs?

Dougie: it was pretty good. Me and Phoebe went out to the park.

I ran up stairs to see two of my favourite people in the world watching pepper pig in phoebes new room, which was pink and blue. I came and sat next to them and we all snuggled together. It was hard but fun to be a mum at the same time.
