My eyes was heavy like a heavy metal. Fck this tears only knows how to cry. For God know how much tears out from my eyes. When i was young i make sure i cried loud enough for my parents to hear me, but now. I preferred of silent cry.
"If you wanted to talk to him, his at the gym." Zia said.
I blink my eyes.
"W---what?"
"I already talked him..." I did not say.
She shouldn't talk him, Sasha is her best friend. Ayokong magkaroon sila ng hindi pagkaka-unawaan dahil lang sa akin.
"If you're still worrying about Sasha---" I cut her off.
"Sasha's you're best friend. I understand if you take her side." I said.
She smiled.
"Yeah, she's a friend of mine. But you're the cousin of mine. Family first." She said and tap my shoulder.
My lips parted.
Did she said that?
Hindi ba siya galit sa akin dahil sa mga nasabi ko sa kanya last time?
"I guess talking to him wasn't needed." I said.
Hindi ko alam kung ano ang sasabihin sa kanya. Hindi ko alam kung kaya ko bang tignan ang mukha niya. Hindi ko alam kung kaya ko sa ngayon.
She shook her head.
"I guess that what the two of you needs." She said before leave me at my room.
After couple of minutes debating with my thoughts, I decide to attend my class. SPA wasn't that stupid to tolerate this kind of invalid reason to absent.
Every steps i make was too heavy, even how i breath was heavy. Kinakabahan ako!
Pagkapasok ko sa classroom agad akong hinatak ni Erin para maka-upo sa tabi niya.
"What?!" I spat.
She was really obvious counting those pores in my face.
"I haven't heard from you since yesterday." She said.
"And?" I asked raising my brow.
"You didn't open you're messenger." Sabi niya.
I creased my forehead. Wala naman akong dapat basahin sa messenger ko. Wala naman lamang importanteng messages yun.
"Lance and friend won the preliminary." She said like she's evaluating my moves.
"Then it's good. Sasha did her job nursing him." I said with a bitter taste in my mouth.
Her mouth swung open.
"W--what do you mean?" I shook my head.
This matter doesn't concerned me anymore.
Thankfully our prof arrived kaya naman tinantanan na ako ni Erin sa kakatanong kung bakit ako absent kahapon at kung bakit puffy ang mga mata ko. I opted not to answer all of her questions.
"REQUIRED: Prepare Journal Entries under Periodic Inventory System and Perpetual Inventory System." Prof said and give us the photocopy of the particulars." I silently answered it hanggang sa matapos at pinasa ko na iyong papel ko.
"Iiwan mo talaga ako?" Erin said in a stagy melodramatic voice.
I turned to her.
"Very good skills." I told her.
